Noise from the sports camp is terrible

Overall the place was clean, enough space and comfortable. The facility manager was very responsive although we didn't meet him in person.

The main thing thst drives the overall score to 6 and I'm being generous is the noise from the sports camp across the street. From 21 to 00 you have a proper music festival (and it also starts again 8 or 9 until 10 or 11). At times it is so loud that you cannot hear the person sitting next to you. For this alone I wouldn't take this place again even if offered free. Other things are minor in scale but include under equipped kitchen, pool needs refurbushing, beach at the grounds is very bad especially for small children with tons of steps and all rocks, grass in the garden was not trimmed, numerous insects as it is in forest area etc. Without the noise in terms of value for money I would give it 7.5 but with noise it is 5 max.

Great Location, Beautiful nature, Ok House, Terrible noise in the evening

The house itself looks very nice, and the surroundings are really beautiful. The house is located on high ground above the sea, and there is plenty of nature surrounding it. It is one of the seven semi-detached houses in a row, and it has both a backyard and a front yard. The backyard is facing the sea and you can walk down directly to the beach (around 5-minute walk), it is small and somewhat wild, but it is very nice, especially in the morning. The front yard is facing the shared pool which is also nice. The interior is mostly nice, the furniture in the rooms seems to be fairly new. All of the rooms have an AC except for the one on the ground floor. The kitchen is very nice and spacious. The dining room should have more chairs, since there are only 4, and the house has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds in total. The bathrooms are all different and seem as if they were not renovated at the same time.

The house has a lot of smaller flaws, which could be easily fixable. For instance: the bathroom on the ground floor was constantly flooded, the room on the ground floor also seems to have a moisture problem, there was no drying rack anywhere to be found, there are several beautiful terraces throughout the house which have no chairs or tables (we even had to transfer the chairs and tables back and forth from the back and front yard), the kitchen was missing some essentials, the sun umbrella broke the first day as well as a couple of sunbeds, and so on. The big beach south of the accommodation (Vothonas) is actually a private beach that is reserved for the camp. We were told we could use it, but not park the cars. However, the biggest flaw of this accommodation is definitely the summer camp across the street. We knew, by reading reviews beforehand, that it was going to be noisy, but we did not know how much. The noise is actually a part of the camp's daily program, so there are all sorts of activities that go on between 20:00 and 23:00 (sometimes up until midnight). The host seemed nice in person, however, he kind of ghosted our request to fix the toilets, which were not working when we arrived, so we ended up fixing them ourselves.

The house was comfortable and there was a beautiful garden. The host was super and very helpful..

The beaches nearby were not good so we drove more than 30 min to good ones. The worst thing was Booking and its arrempt to take more money for the reservation by canceling the reservation and explaining that there were no funds to pay it. That was, of course, not corect.

Superb

property was clean and well furnished. Location was good and close to good restaurants. Property is on the hill by the sea, you can reach the seaside just walking down the stairs.

beds could have been better, it was a little to soft, it would be better if they were more firm. There was no A/C in ground floor. The time we were there the weather wasn't too hot so we could manage without A/C, but in hot weather it would have been very difficult to stay and sleep on ground floor.

Good

There is a summer camp opposite of the villa. This camp is very busy during the night time. The host told that the music stops at 11.30 pm. But they had very loudy parties till 2.00 am in some nights.
