Cosy and bright, it is ideally located on the 4th and last floor of a quiet residence in the Esquirol district.
You will have a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a large balcony overlooking the rooftops of the old city, two bedrooms with storage, bathroom, shower room and office area on the mezzanine.
Paying parking spaces nearby (Indigo parking in the basement). Bed linen and towels provided. It is forbidden to smoke in the accommodation.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A large entrance with storage space.
- A bright living room with a sofa, armchairs, dining table, chairs, TV.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A large balcony with table and chairs.
Night space:
- Downstairs, a bedroom with a double Queen size bed (160x200) and its bathroom (with washing machine and dryer)
- a separate toilet
- Upstairs, an office area on the mezzanine
- A bedroom with storage space and double Queen size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with a shower and a basin. Only the upstairs toilet is condemned.
Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a historic, lively neighborhood, with all the shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, etc... Everything is accessible on foot!
Nearby:
- Place Esquirol at 180 m (2 minutes on foot)
- Rue Alsace Lorraine (the most commercial street of Toulouse) at 80 m (1 min on foot)
- The Tourist Office at 500 m (6 minutes on foot)
- Place du Capitole at 450 m (5 minutes on foot)
- Covered market of the Carmes at 500m (7 min on foot)
Transportation :
- Pay parking spaces in the Indigo Esquirol parking lot in the basement.
- Bus : Esquirol stop : L4, 7, 9, 14 and 44.
- Toulouse Matabiau train station : 12 min with the Line A of the metro
- Toulouse Blagnac Airport: Line B of the metro and airport shuttle AERO (30 min)

We enjoyed our brief stay. The space was large and well appointed. We did have a challenge unlocking the door. The next door neighbors were also struggling. Once we figured it out it was fine but took us a bit to figure it out. The location was great will many cafes/restaurants/shops/churches/museums a short distance. We did use the downstairs bedroom seeing it would have been difficult getting our luggage up the narrow stairs. Seeing the window of the downstairs bedroom overlooks the street is gets noisy at night. As a matter of fact there seemed to be loud groups outside as late as 4:45am.

WE ( two couples) stayed here for five nights. This is a lovely apartment with plenty of living space, comfortable beds, and a cute working kitchen. Even though it is right in the heart of the city, it was very quiet and we all enjoyed our little private balcony space. You can walk anywhere from here… the EDF Bazacle exposition hall in the old electrical factory, the cathedral, the couvent, the lovely riverside area and bridges. Would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat to enjoy this gorgeous city!

A light and airy apartment in the historic centre of Toulouse. We particularly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The only significant issue is that the sitting area of the living room has no lighting (certainly none that we could locate), which means it’s impossible to read there after sunset or during the day if the weather is dull. We were forced to use the bedside lights from the upstairs bedroom (luckily unoccupied) and one of the angle poise lamps from upstairs in order to do so. Less significantly, the pillows were of poor quality and the bed had a wooden frame that made it awkward to make. Overall, however, a very enjoyable stay.

Le Grand Boudoir We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse, the beautiful walks, nice café's and restaurants, and the private balcony at the apartment.
