We had a wonderful stay in Monopoli! The apartment is beautiful, clean, and cozy. The location is perfect - close to both the historic center and the train station, which made it super convenient to explore other beautiful towns in Puglia by train. We absolutely loved the kitchen balcony, perfect for having breakfast and enjoying the local vibe. The rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a summer shower was an amazing bonus! The bathroom is a bit small, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. The apartment had all the necessary amenities in both the bathroom and the kitchen. Nearby, you can find shops, local grocery stores, and cafes. Please note: Right behind the entrance door from the street, there is a staircase leading straight up to the apartment. It was an interesting local experience for us, but it can be a bit challenging for elderly people or when moving heavy luggage up and down. The host was very nice and welcoming. Very good location, free street parking, entire apartment

Steep stairs to the flat and to the terrace, super small bathroom and very uncomfortable sofa to sleep, spider web in the cupboard.

Location is great, equally close to the old town and the train station - very good if you plan to travel to other cities nearby. The host Antonio was very friendly and helpful, communication was easy! Big apartment, big kitchen, has coffee machine, has 2 terraces!

Overall all good! Only some small things can be improved- the beds are big but could be a bit more comfortable, especially the one downstairs which I think was an extended couch. Some kitchen appliances were missing like cutting board and a big kitchen knife.

Having the entire house to ourselves was fantastic, and the cleanliness was at a very high level throughout. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the historic center, with excellent bakeries, shops, and restaurants right on your doorstep. For parking, having a free option is a huge plus, though it can be a bit tricky to find a spot at peak times, sometimes requiring a few loops around the neighborhood. However, the host was incredibly nice and accommodating; he actually let us take his own parking spot right after handing over the keys! Overall, a great experience.
