A good place to stay on our final night before the airport in an interesting and relaxing location
Huge room, great view and lovely spa facilities. Staff very nice and helpful.
No bar in the main hotel. New building lacked atmosphere really even though it was very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit lacking - not as good a choice as we had elsewhere in Switzerland and service a bit less too.

Apparently, there is a city tax fee, set by the government, As a guest l had to pay this after my stay, it an unexpected cost a bit more information about how to use the spa wellness would have been helpful, maybe a flyer? that explains in detail how to maximize the use of the spa. Best recommendations e.g. Which routine to start with, benefits, etc. Not necessarily instructing people. However, l believe, suggestions and recommendations about how to best use it are good No Access to reception staff (more availability, eg after normal working hours)
