The hotel is very calm but the room conditions are low. The pillows are very bad like they were very old. The bathroom ceiling full of dark red spots. The door as well has a broken closing system. The water has very very low debit at the toilzt seat. I don't recomandat it for a romantic escape.

Since the property changed the hotel made a huge drop, going further down and down. Rooms are dirty, bathroom is a mess, rain coming down the roof, everything is old and aged way too much. Restaurant is way worse than before. However employee are friendly and kind but they can't fight against mountains of mess. Will never go back again.

Hôtel was great for a short stay. Only issue is the parking is expensive and no air conditioning. It was over 20 degrees at midnight when we arrived and could only open windows for air and to cool down. Bathroom automatically heats mirrors etc. very hot.

I stayed there in April 2024 and the property seemed considerably better. Room was not cleaned before we arrived and had to request for it to be done. Phone had no cord, internet was not working at times, lamps had no bulbs. This place needs to pay more attention to details.

Nice hotel with good location. Nice large and quiet room. Good breakfast. Only thing we were missing was a dressing mirror by the wardrobes and refill of coffe in the room. Small tings really, overall a pleasant stay, thank you.

The room was very hot and stuffy when we arrived. There were dirty towels in the bathroom from a previous guest. The views were amazing and the staff was super friendly. Nice breakfast with beautiful views. Great location and free parking. Wifi worked well. Overall I would probably stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location. Good breakfast too. Our stay was spoiled by the fact that the sofa bed for our daughter was not made up, and no bedding left in the room. On returning to the hotel at 11.30pm ready for bed, we noticed this when unpacking the sofa bed. Advised night staff, who were clueless. Took them a full HOUR to find some bedding!! Would stay again, but would make a point of checking the room for everything needed before night staff start shift. Day staff were efficient and helpful.

The hotel is very well run. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Hotel staff were particularly helpful. The only area for improvement would be to make the electronic devices in the room more user friendly especially the lights and the TV.

Well maintained hotel around 5-10 mins walk from town centre. In house restaurant and bar during Covid opened for guests. Good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast with limited choice, probably because of the period. Handy underground carpark

The hotel was very good, and we would stay there again, but we wish the beds were a bit less hard.....seems to be a European thing, but our backs are not used to it. We turned the heater off at night and opened the window, (there is some road noise) but warm air softly blows into the room through a vent, so the room never really got cool enough at night. We had no other issues with the hotel and liked it. The room was definitely spacious enough, esp. for European standards.

This hotel was an easy walk from the train station, approx. 10 minutes on level terrain. Staff was professional and pleasant. Breakfast was standard European selection. The only thing we did not like was the ultra modern design with the bathtub in the centre of the room and open wall with no privacy for using the bathroom. We were upgraded to this more modern room, so it was unexpected. Other than that, this hotel met all expectations and we had a pleasant one night stay.

The hotel is very pleasant and the room very nice, European style, but as there is no air conditioning (typical for Europe) and we stayed there during a very warm night, so we had to run a fan that was provided to try to generate some air circulation - not a perfect solution by any means. Breakfast was excellent and onsite parking fairly priced. Good location.

A new, business-type hotel very conveniently located near the train station and within an easy walk to the local sights of Baden. The front desk staff is multilingual and very helpful. The attached restaurant, where breakfast is served, is somewhat limited in its dinner menu, but the food is tasty and the facility is clean. The adjacent Langmat Art Museum is a real treasure!
