Cosy stay in the very heart of Baden
Super cosy and cute small appartment with all basic equipment, very clean and thoughthfully designed. Even if this is not a hotel, my room was cleaned and carefully put in order. I was very pleased also because my room was very warm and upon my request (before I arrived) they even delivered extra blanket for me and pre-heated my room, so that it was ultra cosy, when I arrived.
I would prefer solid wall in the shower cabin unstead of curtain.I really missed bathroom doors - there is a window in the front, so you better close the curtains when using the toilet.

I liked that it is clean, that you have so many facilities in such a small space, that it is in the center, close to everything.
Despite having so many facilities, even an air purifier, sadly it does not have air conditioning, so I had to sleep with the window open. Because of this I was woken up by the church bells every hour.

Do not recommend and being often visitor of Baden, will never stay again!
Horrible smell of sewage during all stay. There was no door between room and the bathroom. Very noisy at night if open the window. But even when the window is closed, you can hear each move of the neighbors. Walls are like made of paper.

No air conditioning. Have to open window but the clock tower nearby is a nuisance as it rings every hour and every 15minute.

Really good stay overall, probably the best in Baden if you’re there for a couple of days. Central location, clean rooms.
Room 44 does not have any lamp that can be put close to the bed. This is inconvenient because the only light switch is near the entrance, not the bed. There is also no electricity plug close to the bed, and no extension cord I could find. so you cannot reach your charting phone from the bed.

I arrived at around 21:15 to the hotel to find that the room hadn't been cleaned. Naturally, I was rather annoyed. There was shaved hair all over the bathroom sink and skid marks in the toilet, wrappers and crumbs left on the side, cigarette buds laying around and even a pair of old boxers in the bin. Thats just a few issues. It was really filthy, and I contemplated finding somewhere else to stay, but the main problem was that it was already quite late. I also contemplated also cleaning myself, but there were no cleaners cupboards I could access or clean sheets. I thought about these options while waiting for the host to respond, because the situation made me very anxious and upset about what to do. I didn't want to stay in this room, but there were not really other options....The host finally got back and apologised to me, and in fairness sent a cleaner around very quickly. However, they also promised to send me a refund, if I got in-touch with Booking. But when I did that, even showing Booking the text they wrote me, the host refused to refund me (see messages). This is perhaps the most annoying part - they made a promise to refund me for a mistake (fair enough) and then went back on their word. Thats pretty disgusting customer service if you ask me.
In addition, the room was insanely loud because its situated above restaurants/bars which seem to be open until at-least midnight. I closed the window because it was so loud, but then it got crazy hot. There was supposedly some climate control which I tried to program using a panel on the wall, but it did nothing. In addition, the room also mentioned it had an oven and a fridge freezer, but there was neither. Perhaps they come in some of the bigger rooms, but not this smaller one. Anyway, don't advertise that something is available, if it's not. Thats just lying. I did also intend to actually use these facilities, and ended up throwing some food away because I wasn't able.

The room was not clean. Food stains found in kichen and on desk. Dust in the closet on the shelf. I felt a bit icky and uncomfortable as the room felt dirty to me.
