Ulyana is very nice, she helped us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sarti. The apartment is newly renovated and looks great. It also has everything you need.

Cleaning costs 30 euro per visit which is not cheap. There isn’t much of a furnature at the balcony which is a shame because it ia amazing.

We are happy! The apartment exceeded our expectations!

It was important for us to find an option in which we have vacation with our teenage children, but at the same time they live separately. And we found it! Villa Ulyana Sarti meets all our needs! - walking distance to the sea - great quality of the apartments - and the villa has a great room for teenagers (Studio Mini). And the icing on the cake for us was the 24/7 concierge service from Ulyana. Now we can live as a family in one location, the children live separately, but nearby)) and everything we want to know we will find out through Ulyana! Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

The location is good: it is close to the beach and it is easy to walk around Sarti from the apartment.

The room is just not liveable. The is no bathroom, just a toiler next to the shower with no door to separate it from the kitchen or the bed. The toilet is exactly five meters away from the stove, the sink and the whole kitchen. It is not hygienic. It is a very uncomfortable apartment. I would not recommend it for a stay. The host did not agree with our complaints, said that the room is equipped with everything you need (and it is not, it is very basic) and was not friendly or accommodating. We loved the area, we loved Greece, we disliked the apartment a lot.

It has perfect a location in Sarti, 50 meters to the beach and to nice restaurants. The owner is very helpful and the place is very clean and has everything you need. It is like you have rented a small apartment with everything in it.

Well-equipped and nicely furnished apartments. Numerous decorations are perhaps unnecessary for a short rest.

Beware! We were here during the cold season. The owner did not turn on the heating before we arrived. The room was very cold. The air conditioner warmed up the room very slowly. We were only able to take off our jackets the next day. The automatic shutdown of electricity when you leave the room does not allow you to warm up the room while outside. And when we complained to the owner, he politely said that we pay too little to demand a heated room. Although, according to my understanding, the price of more than 50 euros per day is higher than the average for winter.

Superb

Clean, very spacious (we stayed with 2 on the ground floor), comfortable bed, sofa, great table space, very decent kitchen, nice street terrace, good restaurants right outside the door, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Especially kind hostess who provides tons of information and is available for all your questions. Easy checkin as the doors are with an electronic lock. Was able to park the car right next to the entrance each day.

The fridge was a bit noisy. To arrange the temperature of the shower you had to fiddle around a bit, but the temperature was steady and we had no issues with getting hot water. In the morning/evening you will hear sounds from outside as the place is right in the busy part of the center.

Everything was new, just renovated. The beds with confortable mattresses. The location is near the beach with many tavernas near by. The hosts were so kind, 24 h at our service. We felt so lucky to meet so special persons. The way they do and understand tourism is one of a kind.

Alles war top, perfekte Lage zum Strand Geschäften und Restaurants. Sauber und super Aufteilung. Vollste Zufriedenheit. Super Service, egal welche Fragen man hat, egal was man braucht die Eigentümerin war einfach der Hammer und konnte bei jedem Thema helfen, war auch immer erreichbar 👌

Central, linistit, placut

Amplasare perfecta, fix in centrul Sarti, cu plaja la 1 minut distanta de mers pe jos. Restaurantele, magazinele, plaja, absolut orice ai nevoie in vacanta este in proximitate iar gazda este foarte prietenoasa. In timpul sederii gazda ne-a oferit detalii si idei despre atractiile locale cat si sfaturi despre unde putem bea cafea, gasi mancare buna, etc. In ciuda locatiei centrale, galagia a fost la minimum si am avut parte de nopti foarte linistite. De aici se pot face plimbari la picior fie prin oras, pe plaja sau trasee montane cat si plimbari mai lungi, cu masina, la plajele din zona. Sarti are balansul perfect intre taverne pline de viata, liniste, si shopping ceea ce il face foarte potrivit ca destinatie pentru familii.

Curatenia podelelor a cam lasat de dorit. Inca de cand am ajuns am observat ca aveam par si nisip pe jos, probabil de la chiriasii anteriori. A fost nevoie sa folosim aspiratorul disponibil pentru a curata mai bine podelele. Pe la mijlocul sederii noastre, gazda ne-a oferit servicii de curatenie dar si de data aceasta podeaua a fost intr-o stare similara. Asternuturile si prosoapele erau foarte curate in schimb. Apa de la retea are o culoare maronie iar asta se vede chiar si cand te stergi cu un prosop alb dupa un dus, asadar asigurati-va ca aveti apa plata imbuteliata disponibila. Asta este probabil valabil pentru tot orasul. De asemenea nu mi-a placut ca exista un espressor disponibil dar nicio pastila de espresso la dispozitie.

Tolle Lage ! Beste Gastgeberin 👍🏻

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Villa Ulyana sehr genossen! Die Lage ist top 👍🏻, nur paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Obwohl in April nur sehr wenige Restaurants geöffnet sind und leider noch keine Beachbars geöffnet sind, hat Ulyana sich viel Mühe gegeben uns den Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Sie hat uns eine Liste mit allen schon geöffneten Lokalen zum essen und trinken und Supermarkts geschickt. Außerdem hat sie uns jeden Tag eine detailliert geplante Route für Ausflüge mit vielen wertvollen Tipps geschickt, so konnten wir die ganze Küste von Sithonia erkunden ohne sich vorher die Ausflüge selber raussuchen und planen zu müssen. Und sie stand immer für Fragen und Ratschläge bereit. Beste Gastgeberin👌🏻
