Great location

Location is great,nearby there are great beaches. We had very late check in and there was no problem with it. Apartment was very clean and it was possible to use a washing machine.

It was a little bit inconvenient that a dinner table is only on the terrace outside,but sometimes the weather was not so warm and we wanted to eat inside, but no table inside. We tried to cook, but the stove is very slow. I think for many apartment here it is the common issue.

Cozy appartments in 2 minutes from the beach with fully functional kitchen and balcony. All the required facilities are provided, the room was very clean and light. The host has shown great hospitality.

Nice studio for family holidays

I like everything! It would be possible to spend a much longer time there. The houses are very close to the sea - less than 100 m. A separate entrance to any studio and a large fridge. That’s a very comfy studio for a whole family and very nice hosts Zoi and Valentino👌

This is the second year we come here. The studios are small and clean with a balcony outside. You get everything you need for a beach holiday. Kids can run around in the garden and play with other children. And the beach is only 1 min away. Perfect for families.

Close to a large sandy beach, but we used this beach only once, as it was crouded and dirty, especially during week-ends and Sithonia has so many beautifull beaches, that it would have been a loss to stay only on that beach. We stayed 10 nights in July 2020, 2 adults and 2 kids, apartment at ground floor was ok, renovated probably a few years ago, spacious, not hot, clean, except bathroom. We didnt need to turn on air conditionning as the apartment was cool enough during nights. Suitable for families, large garden, not crowded location. Moskito nets were ok for all windows incl. For terrace doors. Large Nice garden.

No playground for kids in the garden. The pictures showing playing equipment are false, probably made when location was opened for the first time years ago, there is absolutely nothing for kids to play with. No chairs in the garden to stay out, except on the private terrace of the allocated room/apartment. It is was really a pitty, as the garden is very spacious and green, but nothing is done to make use of it and enjoy during evenings. During reservation period, online communication via booking was ok, responsive. But upon our arrival, probably different staff was in charge, as personel showef a cool politness, very unnatural, very distanced and reserved. There was not even an "welcome " said at our arrival we felt strânge... Staff seems not having the skills for tourism, communication and no poeple skills. To get apartment clean You need to requeet it each time via e-mail, otherwise noobe checks it. This is apparently due to Covid preventuon rule...very questionable and no-logic rule however. The houses are next to the road going to the beach, so plenty of cars driving arround during day/ noisy, especially during week-ends. During night it was ok. Parking area is everywere in the premises, so becayse there is no clear place for parking, poeple park where they find a free place, anywhere and the area is extremely dusty, so when a guest drives through the premises there is a dust cloud raising each time arround...directly in front of all Guest rooms.
