Great apartments near the sea

It is a great place to stay. The host is super nice, it is 2 min walk to the sea, it is clean and has everything you need, the Internet was good, and there was good water pressure (often an issue in the area). The garden is also really nice, and the kids enjoyed playing in the afternoons.

It would be good to add a home safe box in appartements.

Large yard. Very, very close to the beach. Shadowed parking places. Very, very nice host, friendly as it can be. Excelent sand and water just in front of the house. The water pressure at the bathroom and kitchen. Beach bars nearby..

In the apartment on the ground floor , we had to pass by one bedroom in order to exit from the other one. The other apartment on the first floor was ok. We were 5 adults and 2 children

Nice apartment close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants

First of all, the great thing about this apartment is its proximity to that beautiful beach, I think one of the best beaches in Sithonia - it has it all. Second of all, the hosts were very kind and helped us a lot, we really thank you both. The area is absolutely stunning for walks in the early mornings and evenings. I would come back again for sure.

Great place to stay near the beach for a reasonable price.

Great front sea view from the second floor where our spacious apartment was located. The owners welcomed us in a very warm manner. Their attitude towards us was the same during all our stay. The property is a few minute walk from the great Trani Amouda beach. Amazing playground for the kids. Parking lot for each apartment with a shade on it. Quiet location, far from busy roads. A few minutes drive to the well-supplied Ellinika market.

Small kitchenette, not convenient for someone that will cook every day.

The location is perfect, only 50m from the beach. The rooms are cosy and the kitchen and bathroom very practical. The terrace is very nice and there is a nice playground for the children. It is 10-15 min walk from the village of Ormos Panagias where the main restaurants and bars are. The host is always around and very helpful. I highly recommend.

This accommodation has a great playground in front, which was what we needed the most since we had two small kids. and very well equipped. They spend a lot of time in there, while we prepared meals, and were getting ready for the beach. Huge plus. The rooms are big and spacious, but the bathroom is small. Also the kitchenette is in front of the bathroom which is a little bit odd. We had clean towels every second day. The host Socrates is very friendly and answered all our additional needs. Several times we used the outside barbeque. The beach is sandy and very near, 2 minute walk.

We didn't like the soft mattress and the large pillows.

A beautiful and peaceful place with a very welcoming host who as always made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything is wonderful. The rooms are clean, well furnished and big enough. The host has made sure to have everything you need in the kitchen (including coffee, sugar, spices, dishes and countless other things) as well as in the bathroom. We recommend it and will visit again.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly! The property has a big yard with swings and slides for the kids, even a football door. There is shaded parking. It is very close to the beach, and the balcony has a view of the beach. There is a table with chairs on the balcony, so we had nice meals enjoying the sea view. We had a comfortable stay!

The internet connection was poor, but we did not have a lot of need for it anyway, since we spend the time on the beach or playing outside.

Very close to the beach. Very friendly host. Leonidas, was extremely helpful and attentive. Nice courtyard. You can hear the sea during the night and during the day you can watch the waves from the porch.

The kitchen was smaller than I expected, however this was somehow compensated by the porch.
