The best part of the property was the yard. It was really pleasant and relaxing, with a small pool and sunbeds, which made the stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The outside area is just perfect for resting, sunbathing and spending quiet time. The room (Number 7) itself was basic but practical, and the temperature was pleasant even without using air conditioning.

What I didn’t like was that some basic things need better maintenance. The light in the toilet/shower area was not working, which was inconvenient, especially at night. The air conditioning was also not working, although personally I did not need it because the room temperature was pleasant without it. The amenities were quite basic and could be improved. I also think mosquito protection should be taken under consideration.

Our room was spacious enough for 3 people, there was plenty of outside space to have meals of to relax, the hosts were very helpful and friendly, the room was sparkling clean, and the yard was cleaned daily. If you’ve travelled enough in Greece, showers can be funky - I read the reviews beforehand and just brought a couple of absorbent cloths with me, so we dried our feet when exiting the bathroom, and it was not messy. Just don’t point the shower at the toilet and it’s going to be fine. We got unlucky for a couple of nights with super obnoxious crowd of youngsters hanging out in the yard most of the night, but when they left it was just perfect. The local beaches are good, especially by cafe Cactus - they placed bags with rocks into the water for no-hassle access. They also keep the beach immaculately clean and their umbrellas are free with a drink. This fishermen village is wonderful, there is a place where you order fish or whatever seafood in the am for a specific time of the day, they cook it for you and you can either eat it there (they have the most common sides too) or take home. We’ve never had fish that tasted that good. The center fills up every night with people having a great time, the atmosphere is very special. They also have great supermarkets and a great bakery and pharmacy. Everything is just a short walk from the property.

Nothing, everything worked out great. The neighborhood rooster was a bit too dramatic but it only added to the charm of the village.

I've never seen Eduard who is the owner of the place but we had some communication via Viber. Great guy helpful and special thanks to Maria who is his right hand. She is always there to help everyone. I learned a little Armenian from her :). She was extremely polite and allowed me to have the perfect vacation with my wife and sons by helping me with all kinds of useful information. There was an AC that worked quite well. There are pots and stuff to prepare your own food. You can also make a BBQ. It's amazing. Wi-fi is great as well. It's so tropical that you feel you are in Dominicana, not in Greece. But you should definitely visit Chrousso beach and Possidi beach.

I don't want to watch TV all the time but sometimes in the afternoon I would like to watch Discovery Channel or Animal Planet. The TV had 3 working channels which weren't working all the time.

The garden is decent, location is somewhat OK, there's a market across the street.

Very very outdated facilities, no blankets inside, asked for one and 7 days later nobody brought one. There's nobody at the premises to ask for help most of the time, and the bathroom/toilet is unacceptable, during shower water goes everywhere. Fridge kept freezing all the food, no ventilation either. For 65 euros/day we expect a bit more.
