The garden is decent, location is somewhat OK, there's a market across the street.

Very very outdated facilities, no blankets inside, asked for one and 7 days later nobody brought one. There's nobody at the premises to ask for help most of the time, and the bathroom/toilet is unacceptable, during shower water goes everywhere. Fridge kept freezing all the food, no ventilation either. For 65 euros/day we expect a bit more.

Alright.

We loved the dog who was sitting infront the door of the yard. The yard is big with a grill and alot of chairs and tables for use.

5 out of 9 days we didnt have hot water for shower, the beds were so much uncomfortable and hard, apartment was with terrace view but not the terrace that we expected ( terrace was a little space infront of the door of the apartment not even labeled as terrace with fense ) on the picture we saw the terrace looking on the woods.

Value for money

It takes you only 7 to 10 minutes of walking to get to the beach. During our 10 days they have changed our sheets and towels only once, but they do provide us with everything that we've asked for, extra towels, 2nd key, blankets, garbage bing, etc

in the future, they could provide a washing machine in a public area the wifi does not work inside the camera, you need to stay in the courtyard in the bathroom, you must have a fan to extract the hot air outside.

The location is not perfect, as the traffic is quite loud due to vicinity of the crossroads and the main road, electricity is poor, voltage variates so it can slowdown use of appliances, hot water and water preasure were an issue each day, mattreses were not comfortable being old and used out, bathroom and kitchen need new fixtures and cleaning supplies. There was a hornets' nest in the bathroom as moscitto net is not attached, the drain in the shower is not perfectly placed, so the bathroom was filled with water and needed to be cleaned, the bathroom shower and the kitchen focet need to be replaced with new one, the communication was not the best as the people we contacted over the phone were not the same as the people who suveyed the premisses regularly, the lady that was surveying the place everyday was very polite and more on hand with everything needed as the messages we sent on the provided phone were not read and forwarded regularly, so when we told her and the cleaning lady what we needed it was done right away, the bathroom should be cleanded and the room dusted with towels change more regularly, but when we asked we were given everything as the people working there are very polite.

Nice one-week stay in Nea Skioni

The location was very close to the town centre, and the shared garden was lovely, with a nice barbecue available. The room was small but all the basic furniture was there, including nice features like an iron, which cannot be always taken for granted.

The wardrobe was quite old and the drawers were difficult to open. The WiFi was connecting, but 70% of the time it showed "No Internet access". The bathroom was very small, the shower was basically on top of the toilet, even though everything was quite functional.

Nice functional apartment in walking distance to the beach. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need.

The beds are really hard and the doors did only close propperly with force. One door to a second balcony couldn't be opened.
