Odlicna lokacija, siguran parking u dvoristu i moderan i funkcionalan smestaj. Prijatni domacini i sve to doprinosi da se osecate opusteno i zadovoljno.
Mala sugestija da u kupatilu postoji drzac za peskire za tusiranje i pored odlicne serpe i tiganja, bilo bi dobro da postoji jos jedna serpa.

Foarte aproape de plajă , foarte aproape de centru , foarte curat , confortabil , gazda primitoare , oameni deosebiți și respectuoși . Pentru mine , Neos Marmaras înseamnă Gramatiki House !

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed linens and towels were changed regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed during our visit.
The owners were incredibly kind and friendly. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and we are very grateful for that.
This was a great experience overall, and we would definitely love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

Спокойное место, рядом пляж супермаркет, пекарня рыбный магазин. Каждые 3 дня меняются полотенца. Есть фужеры, штопор.
Маловато посуды для готовки. Была 1 кастрюля и 1 сковорода. Чайника нет. Нет хорошего ножа только для стейков 2 шт.
