This 50sqm-cozy studio comes with cleverly designed spaces and amenities that include a spacious bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, A/C, a desk and a small garden with dining table and a hammock. The double bed is visually separated from the living room area where the others sleep by a wall and a black out curtain. Exceptionally well located on a hill at the outskirts of N. Marmaras, just 400m from the beach & the village centre with plenty shops & restaurants.
This spacious studio can accommodate up to 4 people is one (1) of the six (6) independent Alterra Vita Apartments. It is located at the ground floor with direct access to a cute garden.
Ideal for family holidays or for couples who want to relax. Bring your pets at this pet friendly house with direct access to a small garden, or stay here if you have a baby since there are not many stairs to walk up and down during your stay.

The apartment is located on the ground (about 7 steps/stairs) and it can accommodate up to 4 people; two (2) at a double queen bed (160cmx200cm) and two (2) at single beds in the living room area where they can be isolated from the rest of the space by means of blackout curtains.
The bathroom is spacious with a shower and all essential bathroom amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics.
All the beds are very comfortable to sleep on.
The room is equipped with a small flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.)
Accessibility/stairs: The flat is located on ground floor (about 7 steps/stairs down) and has direct access to a small garden.
Note: The garden is of private use, however, there is an identical small garden next to it, that belongs to another flat.
A washing machine is available at the top of the building for common use.
