Amazing view, you can see the sea right from the balcony. Quiet location in a greek neighborhood. parking places were enough which in Neos Marmaras are generally a problem. 10 minutes walk to center. 30 meters away is the sea and you can go for a morning swim
The shower is not quite there. The bath in general could be modernized.

A sacada, o tamanho do apartamento, a localização e a atenção dos proprietários. Dava para ir a pé pro centro de Marmaras. Muito lindo com muitos restaurantes.
A cozinha precisa de mais utensílios, facas, vasilhas etc, além de uma limpeza mais profunda. Tomar banho no banheiro com o box pequeno e cortina de plástico foi bem difícil.

L'appartamento è ampio e accogliente, ideale per due persone. La vista dal balcone è stupenda! In casa c'è quasi tutto il necessario. Pulizia abbastanza accurata. Posizione ottima, vicina al centro di Neos ma abbastanza lontana per riposare in tranquillità.
