Everything was as in the pictures, no surprises other that It was extra extra clean and the owners are a very sweet and kind people that were very friendly, communicative and helpful. Shoutout to Meropi who was checking up if all is good and gave us tips for nearby apots and some ice-cream on the house! Definitely recommend, especially to couples that want to drive around to visit the different beaches of Sithonia.

It’s not a dislike but more of an observation that most of the properties are uphill due to the city geography so there’s a bit of walking up and down to the nearest beach. But they had parking so we used the car most days to explore around and visit different locations. First time in Sithonia and worth the trip! Neos Marmaras is a cute cozy town, I loved the vibe.

Easy to find, had a lot of parking space and some of it was covered, it was close to the market, it had ac, netflix, good wifi, it was clean and looks even better than in photos. The owner was very pleasent.

The only thing missing is some kind of table where you can eat inside the apartment, and the toilet bowl was too high.

The location was great. 10 minutes walking to paradisos beach. Private parking is available, which is a great bonus. Very clean apartment, with everything you need for your stay and everything was new. Great wi-fi connection, AC worked very well and there was also Netflix provided. Great hosts, great communication. The bed was on the soft side, so if you like hard mattress you may have a little discomfort, but it is far from being bad.
