The location is very close to the center of Neos Marmaras and in the same time close to the beach. The house has a nice yard with a shady corner perfect for reading or just relaxing. The house was very clean and nicely furnished (a classic style of furnitures with warm colours).
The kitchen was not fully equiped ( missing vegetable piller), the dishes were overused and old. The cooker hood was not functioning. We did not have salt and some of the hygiene items were missing and they were not supplied (toilet papper).
Regarding the hospitality, since the day we arrived, no check up was done.
We also had an incident at the main door gate, that was not managed properly, due to lack of attention from the host ( it was a cleaning
issue).

The apartment is big and comfortable. In the kitchen there are all that you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The host is very helpful. There is a free parking space in the street. Our stay was super :)

All was perfect. Owner was helpful and very friendly. Apartment has all necessary: stuff in the kitchen, big freezer, locker room for bags and other stuff, towels. 2 air conditioners, washing machine - everything worked properly and well condition. There was smart tv which we used to watch kid cartoons online. Very cozy yard with pomegranad tree and grape, and super big balcony with furniture. Anti masquito nets on windows.
There was no chair for children in the kitchen and Need to add one small pan and cap for frying pan.

Very comfortable apartment, even better then what we were expecting from the pictures. Definitively one of the best equipped apartments in Greece ever (washing machine, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen etc.). Huge balconies on the both sides of the house. Nice, friendly and helpful host. We had a great time.
Location is not perfect, but not too bad either (if you come with a car it`s fine). Apartment can be too hot even in the evening, probably due to inadequate roof isolation. On the other hand, host promised to improve on that, and each room in the apartment is equipped with fully functional AC climate devices.
