The studio has a fully equped kitchen, top level clean with the most neccecery amenities. Two balconies, One for the morning cofie,the other for evening chill. Its a quiet,warm,very cozy atmosfere. Every morning a vegy/fruit truck with fresh food drives by. The most child friendly and safe location than any I have been so far

Nothing that I can think of. There are sun beds you can take,no charge,beach umbrelas in every room, kayaks, a spacios very neet garden with table sets for use free of charge, two barbecues with a covered patio and a table for 12... It is all top suited for a family vacation. RECOMENDED!!!

Only a few minutes drive from the busy and crowded villages, the property offers a peaceful and truly relaxing environme

The convenience and comfort it provides. The proximity to the beach. The location- just minutes away from the villages so that it’s never a trouble to visit them if you want to, but in a quiet, peaceful area so that you don’t have to suffer the pain of the crowds, heat and noise. Perfectly situated.

Amazing family vocation

The backyard is awesome. The stay is amazing for kids and family. The beach is right there, and you can use the sunbeds and umbrella from our host. Thomas was super nice and helped with everything. I recomended this place to my friends.

Superb

The host were polite and very helpful. We were there with three kids and they was amazed with large backyard. Apartment is equiped with everithing that you will need for stay. Located between Polichrono and Chaniotis so it is not overcrowded by my opinion perfect for families with kids. There is a few other things that I want to point out as a big plus for this accomodation, is large private parking (so you won't lose your time finding parking spot), location is good since is placed between Polichrono and Chaniotis so in few minutes you can get there. Also you can easily reach all nearby beaches in 15' of drive.

Exceptional

It was our first time at the place and really enjoyed it. The hosts were prompt, polite and accommodating, and it was excellent value for money. We had everything we needed and they had thought about things big and small - from a way to supply a better internet connection than the average (individual codes for the wi-fi internet which saved us) to hooks all over the place, lots of options for chairs and tables and things to do around the garden. There was a foosball table, a ping pong table and other fun opportunities for the children, a barbecue. The location offers plenty of opportunity for various activities - tours around the adjacent villages of Chantioti, Polichrono, Kriopigi, Afytos, and more. We definitely recommend the place and would go back if we can.

We liked everything overall. The bathroom was small and especially the shower space, but we got used to it and it was not a problem. There is a nearby beach bar with loud music all day long until am in the evening. But it was actually a bonus as it was not immediately next to us and we could enjoy free music all day long at the beach. The beach itself had some big blocks of rocks with darker color but we found a clear spot so this was also not an issue.

The host were absolutely lovely. They took us to the supermarket by their own car, gave us guidence, water, whatever we needed. I couldn't ask for better hosts!

Amazing

Everything was great. Rooms, staff, everything. The yard is big for children to play. They also give you umbrellas and sunbeds for the beach.

Friendly hosts, nearby beach and nearby restaurants

The hosts, Eleni and Thomas were super kind and friendly, the beach is not far, the restaurants are nearby. There is a free parkong. Its a beautiful area!

The beds were not thaaat comfortable but ok fpr a few days. A bit of noise from the road. You cant really open the door and sleep with an open door but ther3 is an air conditioner sooo its ok. Just small detaols. Overall we had an amazing time and those people ar2 super kind!

Theramvos relaxing garden

The apartment is in good location, not far from the city (3 min with car) and not far from other cities around. The room were clean beds are comfortable and you will have enough space for everything. Also there's a wardrobe, tv and two tables with chairs (one on the terrace another on the entrance). The kitchen had everything you need to cook and the fridge was doing its job perfectly both freezer and the cold store. The bathrom is also good with high pressure hot water all the time (no matter if someone else is using other faucets). The other good thing you will have is a free parking space and a garden to enjoy at any time (mostly at night), there's a pingpong table and a sorcerer table, and another toys for smaller kids. There are tables anc chairs and beds all over the garden to relax and a place to chill. You have a free parasol(umbrella) and sunbeds to use on the beach nearby too. You can ask for a spare or clean towels or blanket anytime or anything else.

The only thing missing is a sand beach. The beach is close to the apartment, but it has pebbles and stone blocks in the sea. There are few places with clean sand for kids to play in them on the shore. And the doors on the outside don't have door handles, so if you close from the outside without the key, you have to ask the staff to open it every time (it happens sooner or later more than once)

The hosts are very kind and available. The whole atmosphere in the villa is relaxed and homey, but all respect the home rules. The apartments are equipped with the little things that mean a lot: hooks, shelves, reading lamps. Sunbeds and umbrellas are gratis to use, as the big furnished yard with children playground, too. For all guests, the host also provided free parking in the shade.

The beds could be better.
