Excellent location on a reasonable price, only 10 mins walk to the nearest beach bar on the large sea side area and 15 mins - 20 mins from all Taverns again on the same street, the parking is challenging as everywhere in Greece town resorts, but there is a paid parking not far away - 10 mins walk, but take into account that if you arrive late, you have to go via very very busy street between the people and taverns tables with the car :D, the streets are very narrow, it's challenging for a bigger car. The host was very helpful and very kind ! You have everything you need in the apartment including functional kitchen. Take into account that the place is quiet, far enough from the same taverns and beach clubs so you can have a comfortable sleep. The place is very clean, no objections against this.

No wi - fi is available, you should take this into account if you work home office, also a bit of renovation is needed, but nothing critical. There were some water shortages, the host couldn't be blamed, as it was in the whole town, bad luck, but as i googled, happening pretty often during the season.
