Beautifully decorated and featuring a sweeping staircase, original stained-glass windows, period furniture, and a stunningly & unique view over the Duomo of Florence, the city main cathedral, which lies only 30 seconds walk from the building.
The apartment is located at the third floor of one of the most central streets of Florence, via dei Servi, and is incredibly silent throughout all hours of the day. Key features:
- A large double bedroom with mezzanine floor for 4 people (two queen size beds on the two floors) and private bathroom
- A double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom
- A well-equipped kitchen
- An elevator to access the third floor
- A stunning living room with a wonderful view of Brunelleschi's cathedral, a fireplace made of Carrara marble and a comfortable sofa bed with chaise longues
- A complimentary bottle of wine directly from our Chianti wineries, in Tuscany
- High-speed WiFi
Up to 8 people can live in the apartment.
Check-in is available between 1 PM and 2 PM, check out by 11 AM, however we keep flexible in case of any needs

Close to everything and very comfortable. Hosts were great and we had no issues checking in or out.

The property was very well stocked, we were allowed to check in early, and location was in the middle of everything! View of duomo was incredible! Lots of stairs so just keep that in mind if someone in your group has any issues with those. Lovely stay!!!
