We love the location very close to the Duomo, Now if you travel with a lot of luggage this is not a good place to stay, NOT ELEVATOR, you need to carrie your luggage to tge 4 floor.
No elevator and they didn't mention that on the post.

The location was perfect. Close to everything and still in a relatively quiet street. We were looking for a quiet place and we found it!
Some tea and kitchen basics like salt and olive oil, as well as shampoo and shower gel are not provided unfortunately.

Online registration was extremely convoluted and complicated and almost defeated experienced users. Thought it was completed and arrived at premises to find not.
Agents were beligerent and also demanded that city tax be paid before access would be granted, but would not accept payment in any form. Had to wait until next day to pay at an official office. Situation not helped as the agents were not based in the city but in another town.
