Great choice in Florence

Location is perfect. Dome is 3 blocks away and you can walk everywhere. The apartment is nice, spacious and very comfortable for a family or group. It was super clean and we really appreciated having coffee, toast as, jam. Staff was very nice and responsive.

Everything was perfect about this place. Location was close to the train station. 15 min walk. 10 min Duomo and everything else was very close.

Fabulous apartment. Beautiful , clean and comfortable

The apartment was fabulous, spotless and very comfortable with everything that we needed and more. We would definitely recommend it.

The only thing that was disappointing was the early check out at 10am. Given that there are six of us showering between 2 bathrooms it would have been better if it was 11am check out as most places are 11am check out.

Great location, very close to the city centre. Great facilities in the property, we needed two rooms and both were very well presented each with a separate bathroom.

Construction on building in the street, very noisy through the night and early in the morning. Lots of trucks loading and banging early in the morning.

This apartment is wonderful. Great location, great apartment. Highly recommend.

Hosts were great to work with. We needed to drop luggage early and they were very accomodating. The apartment was beautiful, a great size and in an amazing location. Apartment is in a perfect spot for sightseeing and great restraunts and shops are very close.

The only issue I can think of is that since you are in such a great location, there can be some noise late and early in the morning.

Large beautiful new apartment in walking distance from the sights

Very new, very clean. Large spacious place with two bathrooms, full kitchen, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small, cute balcony. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. They even had three umbrellas we could use while we were there

Only complaint was that the washing machine was not working when we first arrived, but the manager lady came back 5 minutes later and fixed it. WOW, we were impressed!!!

Spacious apartment, good location, so-so air conditioning.

The apartment was in a great location. Easy to walk to all the major sites and many restaurants. We liked that there was an elevator to bring up and down our luggage to the 3rd floor. The apartment was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were like new. We were able to do our laundry during our stay and liked that the laundry machine also had a dryer function. Clothes weren’t completely dry but there is a nice clothes rack to hang clothes and they were dry in a couple hours. There is a nice coffee machine and the host left some coffees, breads, jams for guests. The main bedroom was a king bed and had lots of closet space. The 2nd bedroom had 3 single beds. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms with showers so that is great for a family. The apartment had air conditioning but that didn’t work well. The master bedroom and sitting area would be comfortable but the 2 bathrooms and back bedroom were unbearably hot and the air conditioning didn’t work great. They do have fans for those rooms and seemed to be working to try and fix it but not sure it was resolved.

There were a couple things we didn’t like - first the air conditioning not working. It’s very hot in Florence in July and we would have liked to have this feature. The 2nd thing was that there was a bad smell when you walked into the apartment - almost like sewage smell from the bathrooms. We don’t know what was the cause of that smell. We had to keep the bathroom doors closed and if you weren’t near the entrance door or bathrooms, then you didn’t notice the smell. The 3rd thing that was a bit of inconvenience was that the host had to come into the apartment 2 of our 4 day stay for maintenance work they needed to do. They did text me prior to coming to make sure it was ok with our family, but it is sometimes annoying as we had to lock our valuables up each day.

The apartment is located in a super convenient location and is large enough for our family of 6. it is exactly as shown in the pictures. I would highly recommend this place.

A minor gripe is that the Wi-Fi can be patchy. Not a big issue as we all have data plans, and were out most of the day.

Location is excellent, and apartment has everything you need

Large, modern, clean, excellently located apartment in the heart of Florence. 100 metres from museum where the Statue of David is, 300 metres from Duomo. Also having two showers for four people was great to have.

The only small issue we had was lack of towels. We were a group of four women with only 1 large towel each for 3 nights. it would have been great to have an extra towel each. I’m sure the owner would have organised more if we asked but we didn’t bother contacting them.

Awesome.

We loved our two bedroom and two bath apartment at Cupola View. Host met us on arrival and explained everything. Very modern, beautifully appointed and never needed a thing. Two baths, washer/dryer, elevator and 3 tv's a plus. Especially loved the heated floors. Conveniently located to all sites. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.
