Exceptional

Everything was so good. Design of apartment 😍. We stayed with a german shepherd dog 🐕, apartment is pet friendly. Also it has own yard which was kinda surprise for us. Fast self check in, everything you may need at home so you feel like at your own home while staying here. Thanks for kind owners and hope to come back soon⭐️

Relaxing except for noisy neighbors.

It was clean and close to the train station.

The neighbors in 1B were extremely loud till 10pm and some of the doors inside the space did not latch well. As well the key for the dumpsters were not working.

Wszystko czego potrzeba na pobyt krótszy i dłuższy. Lokalizacja też idealna

Zapach odświeżacza w pokoju zbyt intensywny. Mimo wyjęcia z kontaktu i wietrzenia po każdym zamknięciu mieszkania i powrocie do apartamentu czuć silny odświeżacz. Zapach to rzecz tak indywidualna że pracowanie 8godz w intensywnej woni jest lekko męczące.

Apartament bez ogrzewania zgłoszenie o tym że jest zimno powoduje od właściciela roszczeniowość rozkazy co ci wolno co ci nie wolno i od razu mówienie jak mam ustawiać kaloryfer itd.,pilot od klimatyzacji był zabrany specjalnie przez właściciela aby nie można było uruchomić klimatyzacji ogrzewanie kaloryferami bardzo słabe przy temperaturze poniżej zera.Totalnie nie do zaakceptowania,aby można było funkcjonować. Poza tym apartament ze zdjęć nie jest tym który jest reklamowany,jest to mieszkanie 3 pokojowe podzielone na dwa i zrobione na dwa apartamenty obok siebie, zainstalowana kamera CCTV przy drzwiach wejściowych,co jest nie do zaakceptowania, ponieważ nie było informacji w opisie o tym. Czyli zero szacunku dla klienta. Liczy się tylko pieniądz który zarobi właściciel.Nie polecam!

Lokalizacja jest korzystna! Dla mnie ważne było, że przy budynku były wolne miejsca parkingowe dla osób korzystających z karty dla osób niepełnosprawnych i była też sprawna winda! Do tego balkonik! Standardowo wyposażona kuchnia.

Es war ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in einem schönen Apartment

In erster Linie hat uns die perfekte Lage gefallen, dann die Ausstattung der Wohnung. In diesem Apartment befindet sich alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Trotz vieler Kritikpunkte war der Aufenthalt gut. Die Wohnungen sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber.

Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und die Frau mit der wir in Kontakt standen hat die Nachrichten immer sehr schnell beantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Mc Donalds und Tankstelle direkt gegenüber, viele Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Appartements waren sehr klein, man konnte nicht von beiden Seiten aus dem Bett aufstehen. Es gab eine große statt zwei kleine Decken und in der zweiten Wohnung die wir gemietet haben schlief kein Ehepaar, sondern zwei Männer der Familie, also schlief einer ohne Decke. Die Ablüftung im WC funktionierte nicht und es war extrem laut an der Hauptstraße. Die Klimaanlage war auf das Schlafsofa gerichtet und man konnte sie nachts nicht benutzen weil es sehr zugig und kalt war. Auch im Nachtmodus. Das Treppenhaus roch intensiv nach Duftmitteln und war stickig. Die Parkplätze waren oft alle belegt, besonders abends.

Czystość na najwyższym poziomie! Świetny kontakt, jasna instrukcja. Apartament nowoczesny i komfortowy. Zadbano w nim o wszystko. Dla gości jest kawa, herbata i woda. Potrzebne sprzęty w kuchni i łazience. Praktycznie i funkcjonalnie urządzona przestrzeń. Naprawdę można odpocząć, pięknie pachnie i jest super czysto. Aż tak, że głupio zostawić choć plamę na blacie :) Polecam w 100%!

Die Lage, der Komfort, Sauber. Alles ok, habe einen Tag länger bleiben wollen, wurde alles schnell und unkompliziert geregelt.Mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe , so wie Apotheke und alles andere.

Eine Kaffeemaschine, und eine Mikrowelle hätte alles einen 10 gemacht. Ansonsten nichts zu meckern

To juz drugi pobyt w Asti Apartamenty tylko tym razem w innym apartamencie. Jednak poprzedni jak i ten byly na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Obiekt czysciutki nowoczesny meble i urzadzenia na najwyzszym poziomie. Doskonala lokalizacja praktycznie w centrum. Pod domem bezplatny parking na ktorym nie brakuje wolnych miejsc. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu napewno bede ponawial. Pozdrawiam gospodarzy. Goraco polecam obiekt na krotsze jak i na dluzsze pobyty.

Ja osobiscie na wyjazdach nie gotuje wole odgrzewac dania gotowe dlatego brakowalo mi mikrofalowki. Mam nadzieje ze w przyszlosci to sie zmieni i zostanie dodana mikrofala. Jednak nie traktowalbym tego jako minus bo nie dla kazdego to jest istotne.

Przepiękny i komfortowy apartament idealny na weekend dla 4-osobowej rodziny. Wystrój minimalistyczny, ale z dbałością o najmniejszy szczegół i najwyższą jakość. Pełne wyposażenie w kuchni (talerze, sztućce, szklanki, kieliszki, miski, patelnia, garnki), w łazience kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki. Poza tym żelazko, deska do prasowania, odkurzacz. Pojemne szafy w sypialn i przedpokoju. Jednym słowem wszystko czego potrzeba, aby czuć się jak u siebie. Bardzo czysto. Polecam z czystym sumieniem 😊

Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber, zentral gelegen und bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig. Das Appartement 35 ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit einer Zudecke. Wegen der Dachschräge muss die hinten liegende Person gegebenenfalls über die vordere übersteigen. Checkin problemlos, nur hatte ich am Schlüsseltresor ein Touchscreen erwartet und den kleinen Vorsprung zum herunterschieben der Klappe vor dem Zahlenschloss zunächst nicht gesehen. Abends können die Parkplätze vorm Haus schon mal rar werden.

Einen aktivierten Duftstecker verträgt nicht jeder. Ich habe ihn deaktiviert und in eine Schublade verbannt. In der Küche fehlte mir eine Kanne und ein Kaffeefilter, um mir eine größere Menge Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Die vorhandenen Tassen und Gläser fassen ca. 0,25 Liter. Ebenfalls wären ein Messbecher und ein Dosenöffner hilfreich. Im Schlafzimmer ein dunkleres Rollo
