Close to fair ground

This hotel isn’t far from the airport, which made shuttles to the Speedway convenient. The room was clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Tim was very courteous and very willing to be of assistance. Housekeeping staff kept my room supplied during my stay

Everyone there was very polite and my rest was very comfortable and quiet. Great for the price!

This place is rundown, no doubt about it. Tub has stains, walls need a good scrub, and the smoke detector in my room had a plastic bag around it. With that said, my room was very clean, bed was comfortable with like new sheets and pillows, fully stocked bathroom with towels, soaps and shampoos and above all there were NO BUGS which was my main concern checking into a place like this. It ain't fancy, but for its price its the epitome of the phrase 'good enough'.

Flights were delayed 5 hours. Didn’t arrive until 3:30am. The gentleman running the facility was great. Called him early and he worked out an after hours check in for me. Spaces are big and clean. Place is newly renovated and in a great location. Was a perfect stay

Good location, lots of nearby stores. Didn’t see any bed bugs, no eggs, no droppings, no indication of bed bugs in my room at all. Besides bugs, the motel was disgusting. Previous tenants hair in the shower, stains on the furniture, a small to the room, overall a Visibly and obviously disgusting room.

Cheap and still good quality hotel rooms

This property is in great need of repair. There were dead bugs, cobwebs, broken cabinets, and even had dried blood on the sheets. I did not feel safe there.

I had codwebs in my bathroom and the bathtub wouldn't drain!

This place has everything awound it and its super quiet and peaceful!!!

Property is older but priced accordingly

We checked in woth Tim and were told if there was anything wrong with the room to let him know. The floor was filthy and sticky. Linnens were stained. There was human excretion on the bathroom door. The tub was dirty and damaged. The kitchenette area had food a rodent droppings all over the top of fridge and floor. The Tv had no remote and began to operate on its own and would not shut off. There were people sitting in dark cars in the parking lot. After this we decided this was not an appropriate place to stay. We went to the front desk because the phone didnt work, and told them everything. Tim was very nice at the time and assured me a full refund. Weeks later we only received half the rufund. When we reached out to Tim he changed his tune and say we "entered the room" so we had to pay for the night. Just because "we were too good to stay there" doesn't mean we get a refund. This is a terrible place maybe try the Bates Motel for a better experience. Thanks for being a liar Tim!

The bathroom was not clean and the sink was leaking. The tub stopped up after 1 shower and the water still hadn’t drained when we checked out. No one could shower. It smelled of bug spray & some sort of paint. I would never stay here again. I wish I could’ve saw it before I booked it! Just driving into the parking lot tell you so much. I do not recommend

This property was perfect for our visit for the Indy race. Clean with great staff. Would stay again!!

The manager/owner person at the front desk was a really nice guy. But that was the only good comment I can say. Room was filthy / old. TV had a red line through the screen, holder for cable was broken. Fire stick for reception, could not access regular TV channels. Vinyl floor broken. Sheets blankets dirty. Bathroom fan broke. Toilet roll bracket gone. Light bulb missing from lamp. Room was hot and no window to open for ventilation. Spiders and some sort of centipede on the floor. Floor not mopped. Old furniture. First night battery was broken and could not get into room, manager had to replace the battery. Hair in bathtub. We slept in our clothes because we didn’t feel comfortable with these conditions. We just got this room on Expedia because of price and proximity to air port and the Indy race track. Would not stay here again. Maybe other rooms there have been updated but ours was horrible.

Good for the price and a one night stay.

The room wasn't very clean. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. There was a water leak under the sink. The fridge and microwave didn't work. There was a hole in the wall in the bathoom. But the owner was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

It was fine for a one night stay. Not the cleanest. There was mold on the bathroom wall and stains on the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Everything was like staying at home

If you are looking for 5 star service keep looking. If you need a clean room and low drama for a reasonable rate this is the place. My only complaint would be when we checked in I had to buzz someone to the office at 6:30pm and when I checked out at 10:00am I had to buzz someone to the office. Someone should be at the desk during peak hours at a hotel. A miner complaint. Would definitely come back
