Nice folks but groooossss showerhead

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I got in late after a long drive. When I got into my room, I noticed a slightly mildewy musty smell but I was too tired to go back and ask for a different room. I had to get up at 4:30 the next morning for work and was very tired . I blearily got in and out of the shower and when I finished up, I looked up and saw probably the grossest shower head I've ever seen. It was covered in mold and crust.

I liked the convenience of the location next to my workplace

It has definitely gone down hill since my last stay earlier this year. The room was okay but the bedframe was dirty, the shower emitted a high pitched sound when in use, there was no toilet paper or backup toilet paper. The water smelt funny and the amenities were very minimum.

Easy check in; could park close to office; very close to restaurants and other shopping, etc.

Nobody was ever at the desk except the night we checked in. Girl who checked us in was very friendly and helpful; man at desk next day didn't even speak, to us just talked on the phone the whole time and when we checked out second day just took the keys from us in the hallway and did not even say thanks for staying, nothing!

I would not stay there again

Check. In. Studio kitchen was a surprise but not needed for an overnight. Good parking.

The sheets were very dirty. I pulled red tape off the top sheet and the bottom sheet looked like it had fallen onto a floor or parking lot while wet. Long dark streaks and marks. At check out no one came to the desk Another customer had rung the bell a couple times and so did we. Found some paper, wrote our number on it and wrapped around the key and shoved through window.

Disappointing

Location and the bed was comfortable.

There was only one nightstand so I couldn't have a glass of water or my phone near me. The microwave clock was too bright and shined in my face. Ha to cover with a towel to sleep. There was only one feather type pillow for each of us that smashed down flat as I slept. All in all...it was a terrible nights sleep and I was quite disappointed. I also, as a Christian, was not happy to walk in to the lobby to be greeted by Buddha statue. Will NOT stay here again.
