    Nice hotel in a convenient location downtown. Staff could be better and welcoming. BEWARE! Hotel does charge a destination fee of $45.90 that Agoda doesn't charge you upfront or notify you in the checkout portal. Not a nice surprise to see that on my bill after the stay. Agoda - PLEASE clearly show this on the checkout page and the receipt so we are prepared beforehand. One small section on the hotel page is not enough!

    The vinyl player in the room was a joy to use. The staff were friendly and the location was really convenient, really close to the subway.

    My booking for a two-bed room was not honored. I could not contact Agoda to resolve the issue. Beware that Ace does not like third-party booking. They did not care that my group had to find an additional room at great expense. Would not recommend Agoda or Ace
