Room is very good. I got the suite so very roomy. Breakfast is average and okay, got tired of same food after few days but that’s because I expect too much :)

Rooms were ready in arrival, but would have needed to pay 40€ extra if wanted it before check in time. This left us with feeling of being cashed out for nothing. It would have been good customer service to give the rooms, since they were ready. Breakfast was not so good as in our previous visits. Many things ended before breakfast ending time and coffee machine didn't work Location is good.

There is a well stocked grocery store right next door. This hotel is perfect for handicapped guests, they have great handicapped rooms. They have an excellent included breakfast buffet with extended hours to eat.

I stayed for a solo business trip and it was very comfortable to stay there. Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and excellent breakfast.

I feel there was too many people in for the staff to cope with breakfast. The machine for pancakes was working. The coffee machine kept running out and there was no orange juice apart from watered down juice. I didn't like that you could only use the elevate to get to your room. The stairs were only available when there was a fire. Didn't make me feel safe. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly.

Our 3-night stay was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located, it was clean and neat, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It could not have been a better stay.

Newer hotel only about 1 block away from S-Bahn subway station with direct trains to/from Old Town and even FRA Airport. Clean & modern. Excellent breakfast buffet. Not near many restaurants, but a decent small supermarket is only a few steps away. Not in heart of downtown Frankfurt, but significantly less expensive too with easy public transport options in addition to taxis.
