The hotel is clean and comfort with good public transport connection. Staff is nice and helpful. Better to have clearer parking direction before or upon check in.

We stayed here as prices in Cologne were expensive. Trains run very frequently and take 20 mins. Not a lot in Troisdorf but a great clean, quiet and comfortable base. Would recommend this hotel

The parking possibility on the top is great, but I missed a sign or information how to lift up the door /fence when it is closed: on the way up you use the code, on the way down you have to pull the red/white chain!

House keeping was very poor. Used towels were just left in the room without replacing them . And cleaning of the room/ carpet was not there . Needs to improve a lot .

Great hotel in proximity of Cologne Bonn Airport (10 minutes by train)

The stay was acceptable however the attitude of the reception was very bad. They didn't send passing codes to us and he was acting so rude. Generally the place is comfortable but they need to include electrical kettles in the room.

Great hotel with friendly staff at the reception. We stayed in the family room: large bed and two bunk beds. Parking is free and accessible for checked-in guest. Parking entrance at the right side ramp. Fine and clean room, rather small tv, great breakfast with freshly baked bread. Easy check-in and check-out.
