Very Dirty

Location

They advertise daily cleaning which we didn't need. We asked for cleaning every other day or sometimes skipped 2 days as we barely used the room. However, in the times they supposedly entered to clean, not once have they vacuumed not once have they dusted. They never changed the bed linen. They only changed the towels and made the bed without changing sheets. Once we had clothes on the bed they folded the duvet on top of the clothes as they were. I once found a cockroach in the bathroom and killed it. The blood of the cockroach stayed on the bathroom floor till we left. It was horrible

We stayed 6 nights. Garbage was taken every day but the room was not cleaned. The room was carpeted. But they didn't vacuum the room any time

Found the automated check in a bit daunting but was ok once got started. Make sure you take note of PIN number as it took 2 days for email with it in to come through Would of liked kettle in room

Wonderful stay, staff was friendly and attentive to our needs; location was key to our stay.

Value for money not there. We had breakfast one time, room temperature hard rolls and cold cuts with coffee for approximately $10/person was a little bit steep. We found we could just go down to the BackWerk and the two of us could have breakfast for roughly $10 total, and have a much better selection from which to choose.

Would have been more comfortable in room if the chairs had a back instead of having to sit on a stool and use the wall as a back on which to lean.

The room was clean and comfortable The location of the hotel is suitable for the people who need to use the Bonn airport and easy to get in

The facilities in the room are not enough we would like to make a cup of coffee or tea but there was no boiler

Superb

The Hotel is located directly in the newly built train station of Troisdorf and it is very easy to reach there from cologne Airport. With your room you will get a free parking which I find very nice. From our room we could see the station which was a nice and if you close the window you can barely hear the sound of the trains. If your are planning to stay before or after your travel in a place near to the airport. This hotel is one of the best choices!

We're moving abroad and were travelling with a lot of luggage, staff here was extremely helpful with the problems involved with moving with little kids, all our questions were catered too and everybody went above and beyond to help us. Loved our stay here and definitely recommend!

clean standard b&b room not far from the Airport since it’s located above a trainstation alot of shops around.

location: above a train station although soundproof windows u can still hear the trains .. beds were uncomfortable even compared to other B&B hotels
