Modern and convenient

The location is excellent being next to the station. Although the hotel is not staffed, the check-in and out processes worked well. Communication was good.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable. Maybe the mattress could be thicker. I was uncomfortable with the patrons of the adjacent restaurant having unfettered access to the hotel as their toilets were in the basement. This seems like an obvious security risk.

location was great, next to railway station, nothing else

no breakfast, room was ok, although no toiletries were provided, not even lotion or laundry bag (which was highly promoted in their promotion). there was no option for keeping the luggage after checkout which is bare minimum facility in any hotel. checkin process was horrible, not explainer there will be no one to assist to chck in, entry code was not provided which was suppose to be sent well in advance.

An overheated room without AC, sleepless nights between 30°C heat and constant noise, mold in the shower, flickering lig

It is next to the train station.

The hotel is right next to the train station and surrounded by bars… well, convenient, you might think. In reality, that’s where the nightmare starts. With no air conditioning and outside temperatures well over 30°C, the rooms turned into ovens. The only way to survive was to keep the window wide open, which meant being blasted with constant noise from trains and nightlife. Sleep? Forget it. Add the heavy duvets on top, and you have the perfect recipe for two sleepless nights. The bathroom wasn’t much better: mold is happily thriving in the shower and part of the lighting had already given up. One lamp, however, was very much alive and flickering at high speed like a strobe light in a nightclub. As an epileptic, I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. To be fair, the proximity to the station is practical, and yes, the room does get cleaned every few days. But honestly… that’s about the only positive thing I can say about this place.

The worse experience with one hotel in my life and I have stayed in hundreds in many countries.

Impossible to have breakfast in hotel. Central position but not accessible for car.

On the site is write two times that hotel have car parking, it is not really, are cars parking in the area but not owned by hotel( suplimentary price for one night parking around 15 euro. The hotel doesn't have staff ( self check in) and the display for check in only in German language. If you don't know German, can sleep under the trees who hide and the smallest hotel plate.I don't recommend that hotel for nobody who come with the car.

Perfect place for our purpose

We stayed here already many times as a starting point for our golf tour. It’s a simple But comfortable hotel in the city. The fact we come back every time says enough

Great location and value for money.

The location was ideal for the town and trains. The room was clean with new towels and cleaned twice in the week by a lovely team. The beds were comfortable. My daughter in law had to ring on her phone to get us in as my phone had run out of charge. They were very helpful. Thanks. We would definitely stay there again.

The outside door was wet one night, and it took us a while to get in. The key wouldn't work for quite a few minutes. I tried to call, but i couldn't get through on my English phone? The inside door did not always open straight away. The shower base was a bit wobbly. Nothing serious. It can be a lively area, but the noise did not bother us.

DO NOT BOOK!!

DO NOT BOOK!! If I could give this less than one star, I would. It was impossible to find due to being in a no drive zone, having no instructions and when we called the help desk, there was no response despite it saying they were open 24 hours. The closest parking was a difficult 5 minute walk with all our bags. The hotel is next to a club and so was extremely loud the entire night meaning, even with all the windows closed we didn’t get any sleep. This also meant when we embarked upon the long journey to the car the next morning, the road was covered in broken glass and smashed bottles. It did not feel safe at all, in addition to the raucous outside, well into the morning, there was an extra door in our room, which seemed to be locked for us but accessible from the other side. Do not book this hotel if you are a woman travelling alone. The hotel room was dirty, boiling hot with no air con and no fridge. If all of the above isn’t enough to deter you, there were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom :)

good location for catching train. but that's it.

the elevator is under struction. and we only knew it 1 day before checkin via email which means we cannot cancel the booking. after calling the staff, she kindly put us in the 1st floor but still need to carry our baggages upstairs because there is no ground floor room. and the internet (wifi) is not working at all. you connected, not working.

Nice a comfortable room in Siegburg. We used it to visit the dvie4life pool, not super close but also not too far. Very close to the station. Very functional automatic check in, quite comfortable room.

we did not stay and found lodging near by

The elevator was not working and the workers told us it had been out of service for 6 month. We had booked a room on the 3 rd floor with a balcony, also no Airconditioning. Our check in was horrible, we had to wait for an hour for someone the help us . I would not recommend this property
