Staff lovely, excellent breakfast. Allowed us to leave our bags on last day so we can enjoy a day in the city. Easy transport links to Cologne and also Bonn. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

Perfect quiet but zentral location. Shops & essential shops close by. Köln City/Messe ca 20min by train. Relatively quiet location. 4min walk from Troisdorf Station.

Only thing which was missing was a small kettle in the room. I do love a good tea in the evening but sadly they had none in the room.

the price was reasonable but when I checked in they asked for $25 more as they

my experience with them was awful, the third day of my stay they called in the morning and say you can’t any other staying with you. ! they were referring to my sister who was visiting me and come to check on me every day. ! that was at 8 am

Comfortable cozy and convenient

I liked the breakfast lots of coffee and food selection. The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice hot shower, nice big tv, good WiFi. Friendly staff. Location in the centre of town is good.

Wir sind nicht in das Hotel gekommen, weil das Personal fehlte, nach einem langen Anreise - und Kurstag, obwohl die Anreise mit 21:00 Uhr angekündigt. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten kam endlich eine Mitarbeiterin Licht und Lichtschalter nicht ausreichend vorhanden bzw nicht gut vernetzt. Wir benötigten Handylicht um den Lichtschalter am anderen Ende vom Bett zu finden Steckdose links am Bett fehlt, unter dem Fernseher funktioniert nicht Toilettenpapier nur mit extrem mobiler Wirbelsäule erreichbar

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Trip rund um Köln/Bonn

Sehr zentral gelegen, einfacher Check-in und Check-out vor Ort, sehr nette Rezeption, saubere und charmante Zimmer

Man hört die Straße und die Züge draußen etwas. Außerdem wurde ich mehrfach kontaktiert, dass ich online einchecken soll. Das hat jedoch nicht funktioniert, ohne eine Zahlungskarte zu hinterlegen, obwohl ich durch booking schon im Voraus gezahlt habe.

Dicht bij de snelweg dus prima onderweg hotel in een euke plaats

Prima hotel voor deze prijs.Trois is een leuke plaats met veel winkels bakkerijen en horeca. Dus makkelijk voor de catering van de volgende reisdag.

Ze zouden tot 10 uur open zijn maar toen we s avonds moe om kwart voor 10 aankwamen was alles donker en dicht. Via het telefoonnummer op de deur werd alles snel.opgelost en hadden we 15 min later de sleutel vd kamer. Geen koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Tip geef gasten aan dat ze binnen de parkeervakken van hotel primula gaan staan. We hadden nu net daarbuiten geparkeerd en betaalde dus 16 euro voor een nacht in de parkeergarage ipv de zes euro op de site.
