The shower was very good and clean. The room was comfortable and the hotel was in a convenient location. Overall, everything else was good.
The mattress was not very comfortable for sleeping.

Convenient for the DLR / space sites nearby - otherwise not really convenient location. Onsite restaurant/bar was fine, there are a couple of other restaurant options on the street otherwise it does feel far removed from the centre.
Long queue of people at checkout waiting for one staff member. There were also tablet self-check-out stations but these did not work for everyone.

Hotel lobby looks nice.
Upon closer look it's a bit run down and used up
Room was very small.
Check in took forever. The guy seemed overwhelmed with the job. Didn't explain about anything.
