We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was in a great location, close to the metro to get to the centre. Breakfast is also included, and had a small but good selection. Only downside was that there is no aircon and only a tiny fan provided - however we were there during the weeklong 40 degree heatwave.

This was a handy apartment with everything you could need. It was a little way out in the suburbs but it's right near a train station and you can quickly get to a couple of Paris train stations that take you to different lines and areas of Paris.

Our stay was disappointing overall. The elevator was not operational during breakfast hours, which meant we had to use the stairs to reach the 6th floor several times.
We also experienced maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay. On the first day, the bathroom sink became clogged and remained unusable for four days despite informing the staff. We had chosen not to have our room serviced daily, as we were taking care of it ourselves, but we specifically requested that the toilet be cleaned and the sink unclogged. Unfortunately, these requests were not addressed.
We expected better responsiveness and maintenance from the hotel staff.
