This was the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. It was the cheapest place outside of the city but was not worth paying for. Room was constantly boiling hot and was even hotter than outside, barely able to sleep in, no fans or air conditioner but the staff in the lobby had an air con and fan running for their convenience. When asked for a small fan they told us a flat out no and it seemed like it was a common question. Would not recommend for anyone staying during summer, the weather was only 28-32 degrees during our stay.

Hotel was as expected. Walls are very thin, rooms are small but again, expected. Staff was courteous and check in and out was painless. The staff knows a little English which was super helpful since my French leaves a lot to be desired. Wonderful bed! Slept very well!

If you are travelling in cold weather I recommend to not choose this hotel. Their heating is not working my wife got cold in this hotel and the staff will not give you small heater as well. There is no working elevator! If you have heavy bags it would be really hard going up 3-4 levels of tiny stairs. There is no hand washing liquid or soap, no toothpaste or toothbrush, if you booked this hotel prepare to bring everything with yourself except the bed and TV. The fridge is empty not even water. I hope it helps next travellers to have normal trip at least. I booked another 2days with another hotel slightly less price and it’s got everything that I mentioned.

Duvet cover has stain and hole , told receptionist, they didn't change. Room is very small for two person. Only give one cup and one bath towel for two person. And one time left a key on my room door, don't know why? Who responsible if I lost something?

The room had visible dust and dirt on the floors, and in corners, my phone fell under the bed and when I retrieved it was covered with dust. I stayed 3 nights and by the third night I was so disgusted by the condition of the room I couldn’t check out fast enough! And also the rooms are TINY, but my bad for not paying close attention to the size description before booking but it was just ridiculously small. I honestly don’t know how this is even a 3 star hotel it should be 2 star.

Was a lovely place, bit further from the metro than we thought. Was clean and tidy and everything was nice. Staff were nice and friendly. Handing in the keys was slightly strange but it was fine as there was always someone there.

Too expensive for this kind of property. The rooms were really cramped. not much place to keep your stuff. If you have big suitcases, good luck. However, the staff were excellent. Hotel breakfas has limited options, its better to have breakfast elsewhere. At that steep price you would expect at least free breakfast.

Far from the center and very small room. But for a place to crack after a whole day out, it's more than acceptable. Staff is correct, the Clean Lady are Spotless, dedicated and respectful and there are restaurants and boulangeries around.

This property was very nice and clean. Room was a bit small, but I didn’t mind as I was traveling alone, it was everything I needed. There are some stores within the walking distance if you need to buy things like water or food. The staff was very friendly.

The front desk gentleman tried to make us use a debit card. We kept telling them it was a credit card. The fact that a lot of Parisian hotels do not have air conditioning is a problem. And we thought this one had one. It wasn’t bad for me because I travel with a portable fan, but my family sweat all night. We could have paid a little more and went to a hotel that was a chain that I knew had air conditioner, but that was vetoed by my family and they could’ve brought a fan as well so there’s that. But we picked the hotel because in one review someone said that they now had air conditioning that is false. MOST LOCAL PARIS HOTELS DO NOT HAVE AC! Also, FYI, if you use small face cloths, Paris hotels do not offer those either bring your own.

This hotel is very clean. It is an extremely small hotel and that includes the room. The bathroom bearly fits one person. We stayed one night so it was fine. It is in a residential area so not many touristy things to do. Had to take the metro (about 8 blocks) to go anywhere we wanted. About 30 mins to CDG. Our biggest complaint was no air conditioning, it was hot and opening the windows caused mosquitos to come in. We asked for a fan and they did not have one. They were very nice but no actual amenities like ice, however there was a safe and mini fridge.

Pros: 1. Very well equiped room for the price with mini fridge, electric kettle, locker, hair dryer 2. Located in a very safe place near city center..we travelled at 1 am and faced no issues 3. Very courteous and helpful staff 4. Value for money Cons: 1. 10 min away from the nearest metro station or bus stop so lots of walking needed 2. Bathroom is very small and cramped 3. Room is not sound proof, you can hear what others are talking in the adjoining rooms

Room was bit small but nothing terrible. Employees were all kind and friendly. I left my bags for 3hrs after check out and it was perfect for rest of my trip. Elevator was small but it’s Paris thing. Location was 6-7km departed from center of Paris but alright level with Uber and metro. If i come to Paris with tight budget again, i will check availability of this hotel.

Paris Hotel is a compact but smart hotel. If you need an inexpensive hotel to put your head down for a night or two, this could be the one for you. We stayed there 2 night for the Rugby World Cup final in 2023 and used it well just to sleep. However, if you need a big room or relaxing communal areas you may find better options available.

Good hotel in a nice area of Paris. About 10 minutes from metro but some nice restaurants/bakeries nearby. Friendly staff. Hotel is relatively modern. Comfortable bed. As you expect in Paris, rooms are small. Place could do with aircon. However would stay here again.

This is an excellent affordable little hotel with very small rooms and bathroom, but extremely clean. The front desk were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
