Most expensive place I stayed throughout 3 weeks in Europe and didn’t even have a minibar or tea/coffee facilities.
The sauna was good.
I accidentally said yes when asked by the concierge about having breakfast, when I realised my mistake, that he had charged me 15€ extra per day rather than just the city tax - half an hour after checking in I asked for a refund, it was maybe 6pm, breakfast was obviously not till the following day, I was told it was too complicated and I would have to ask another staff member. I did ask two further staff members the following day who agreed and said they would pass it on to the manager who would contact me on Monday. I abstained from the breakfast facilities in anticipation of a refund but was never contacted by management and upon check out it was the same man who said it was “too complicated” for him so I didn’t bother asking again. I also work in reception in Australia, it is an inconvenience when someone asks for a refund but not impossible. Perhaps better train the men to be equiped to handle all aspects of their job. Not very hospitable at all.

The pool, sauna and pool were lovely
The lift was not working and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor for 3 days. There were not even a small selection of hand weights in the gym.
