    Nice room and near train station but concierge cannot be reached actively. You have to request for them to contact you via WhatsApp or tell your needs to an AI agent. Unfortunately no response was returned after reaching out to both.

    The room was nice with a kitchen. However, there was no toaster, which I found strange and annoying. The TV signal was poor, leading to pixelated pictures.But overall, quite a nice stay

    At first the room appliances weren’t functioning properly such as the aircon and the TV volume. The manager was very nice to come up and fix it for us. The room toilet bowl had no toilet cover so had to step away after flushing just in case it splatters. Bathing area doesn’t have a toilet door too. The hotel room doors had no soft closure so it tends to slam very loudly. So we could hear other neighbours coming in and out of the room. The ceiling was thin as well, could hear people walking above us. The le labo bath products were very oily. And not suitable for my skin causing my husband and I to have pimples. Good thing about this place is the staff are very helpful, and the lounge is the saving grace. With tea coffee water juices and even sparkling water! Another good thing is the Location is near Aldgate east station and it’s quiet and across the road there’s a premium supermart Macro which has a lot of unique food and beverages sold!

    We stayed 4 night and received a clean neat room, after a long flight our first thing to do was shower and get ready to see the sites. Dissapointedly we found our shower to no hot water. We notified the staff and a service person checked it and said it was fixed and left leaving it running. When we went turn it off it was cold. Not knowing how the system works we suspected that by morning it would work.The next morning we check but had a cold shower as we needed to leave early. We notified again,the system was not corrected till the last night of our stay .Overall just dissapointed
