Lovely hotel in centre of town. Friendly owners and staff with secure parking. Only downside was restaurant not open and breakfast following morning was limited to bread and pastries with little fresh fruit and no hot option.

Friendly staff

I liked the aesthetics, lounge area, Banksy silkscreens and the knotty pine floors. As for the shortcomings, poor television and media options,(no international news or film options), only a single chair if the sofa bed was being used, no toiletries, no coffe maker, no teabags. Staff were polite.

Nice little stylishly decorated Apartment/hotel. We stayed one night as a stop over and it was ideal. Probably aimed at business travellers. The pool seemed a little murky for my liking but apart from that it was great.

Spacious rooms

Quite high in price for what it is. Check the small print as the restaurant is annoyingly only open in the evening 2 days of the week and the pool is only available to book slots first thing in the mornings or evening after 6.30. Breakfast is very minimal.

It was a bit odd! There is a car park but it has closed security doors but this means there is no obvious access from main road on arrival without blocking the oncoming traffic and having to get out of the car to press the help button. I parked in the street as a result. Initially the receptionist wouldn’t make a booking in their own restaurant and asked us to phone the restaurant ourselves (an international number - the restaurant is in the building - that wasn’t answered). On returning to reception I was told the restaurant staff were probably out so, eventually the receptionist did booked it for 7pm. We arrived at restaurant 5min before our booking only to be told they weren’t open until 7 and had the door quickly closed on us. We waited in the corridor with 5 other people until 7.10. The saving grace is that the meal was really excellent. It would have been nice to be offered a place to sit while we waited and have a drink, rather than loiter in a dark corridor. The bar was closed after our meal at 9.30pm, so an early night :-( The bedroom was very clean and spacious with a nice kitchen, but the bathroom/shower was accessed from the kitchen, rather than bedroom, with the toilet next to kitchen. As said, a bit odd!

The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. It was awesome for four people.

The room was nice (booked the loft) but the hotel management and staff left a lot to be desired for the price paid. DONT ORDER BREAKFAST at the hotel! its 10 euros for a piece of bread, a small croissant and a plain yoghurt, thats the lot!! You can walk 2 mins into town and get 10 times this amount for the same money. You pay up front for breakfast and I didnt have it on the second morning and they refused to refund 'as it was prepeared....' but really, theres wasnt a lot to prepare!! The restaurant was closed and they recommended a kebab shop in town... (which incidentally was closed too!!) Finally, they didnt have any umbrellas! For similar money I have stayed in much better equipped, served hotels. Wont be back there.

Excellent decor and clean rooms.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean, and very quiet.

This is an excellent property. Walking distance from the city center and all of the pilgrimage and tourist sites. We received excellent service. The restaurant on the hotel only serves lunch but it has a very cute bar and breakfast option as well. The spa and pool are kept at high standards (require appointments). Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. It was a modern take on a loft that was well done. Good use of space. Great value for the stay.

Excellent for a short stay with large rooms and nice amenities. Note for travelers: You need to contact the hotel to book a 30-min time slot at the swimming pool.

We were told after getting to the property that our booking was not registered in their system and blamed it on Expedia. Thankfully there was a room left which they gave to us but if that was not available, it would have been a terrible experience. I am not sure if the mistake lies with Expedia or with the hotel for not having registered the application.

Nicely decorated and clean room with nice views of city and park and friendly staff. Great location and walkable to all St Therese sites and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time.

Lovely apartment for our overnight stay. Short stoll to the centre of the lovely town of Lisieux.

What a lovely hotel, very central for the town with secure parking. We had a beautiful room for our small family with everything we needed. The indoor pool was an added bonus which we all enjoyed. Well definitely be coming back.
