Wonderful quiet venue close to the centre of town. Much appreciated locked car park and private pool sessions.
Breakfast was lovely but a little uncoordinated.

The rooms were spacious. My family and I liked the kitchenette and the living space in the apartments. The hotel also gave us rooms close to each other.
The Lisieux town did not have a lot of dining options that were open late at night.

Lovely interior decor, private parking on site, use of spa pool, friendly helpful staff and a good breakfast!
Lack of convenient plugs and side lights, hooks and mirrors and no headboard on our bed in our apartment. No extractor fan in the toilet which was off the living area. No spare towels or robes for the spa pool or use of slippers despite having to leave shoes outside spa area.

The hotel is nicely situated in Lisieux, and it is easy to go out and walk to the landmarks such as the basilica, St Therese house, etc.
The property looks great. It’s clean and has a really nice aesthetic. The front staff are friendly and helpful!
We had the apartment that had a double bed and two twin beds. One of the twin beds (which is actually a pull out bed) is dirty with a make up stain and some strands of hair.
While the toilet is separated from the bath, I did not like that there was no sink or even a trash can around. The window in the toilet is also fully bare and everyone can see you (or your head) when sitting on the toilet 😧
