The continental breakfast suited us very well but might not satisfy those requiring a full cooked breakfast. We cannot comment on the restaurant service because it was not operating at the times when we might have used it. Very much enjoyed the swimming pool.

EV charging was advertised, and indeed is possible. It was adequate for us but is only a low charge rate - 2kW. Others might be less impressed, indeed they might not have the appropriate cable to connect.

Lovely building, cool place, clean, convenient, comfortable

Breakfast was a bit silly, the few pieces of cheese, butter and jam individually wrapped like on an airplane, very limited amount that create a lot of garbage waste ( not eco ) and sense of cost cutting measures and cheapness. Attitude given for asking for second up of coffee. Overall the impression was the hotel was not getting the customers they wanted ( higher level, bigger spenders ) and were trying to cut corners because they were struggling financially. Like the tiny wrapped soap in the room bathroom like at a motel. Things felt sparse, even though we enjoyed our time there.

Lovely old building, modernised inside but still keeping its character with great secure parking.

Property is approx. 20 mins walk from train station and opposite nice gardens. Large room with balcony which was a very pleasant place to sit. Very clean. Large comfortable bed. Toilet is separate from Shower room which seems to be common in France. Fridge, microwave provided with cutlery, glasses etc. Whilst we were able to park, the property advised there are more rooms than parking spaces so it could have been tricky and some of spaces are very tight. There is a restaurant on site, but we didn't eat there. There are spa facilities but again we didn't use them.

No sink in toilet was a little inconvenient. We were unable to adjust room temperature (may have been our fault) so room was very hot overnight.

Not clear where towels were for pool. Bed could have been more comfortable.

The building is beautiful and our apartment was gorgeous. We could easily have self catered breakfast. The staff were excellent… so lovely at breakfast and very sweet at dinner. Reception team exceptional. Excellent location for visiting Lisieux. And such a bonus to have parking which was immediate and secure.

I *loved* everything about this property!! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the building itself is historic and cool, the breakfast was great! Absolutely recommend the restaurant right around the corner called “The Guest Lisieux” which was incredible and super fun-funky!!!

It was very cute, clean and a great location. It was a very unique property. The blinds kept the room very dark for sleeping.

There were not enough counters or tables to put your stuff on. Also, paper towels in the kitchen area would have been nice.

It is a beautiful place to stay and very friendly staff. Excellent for amenities, just a little stroll from all major sights and shops. Just walk through the park across from the main entrance and arrive at the town centre.

Nothing, the hotel was disappointing, very poor options at breakfast for the price they charge. I was expecting more choices if you are celiac or diary free, you're bogged. Typical tourist trap, lead photograph misleading it shows property in a nice rural area with a garden, however it is located on a busy road . No tea or coffee in the room, you have to ask. The spa and the reception are not coordinated to make your appointment. However the spa os always closed with a note be back at such and such time, when you arrive at given time the note has been changed and it is closed again.It is not possible to book an appointment upon your arrival. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays too even though it is advertised and should be open Mon- Sat. Staff has a very basic level of English, so if you are a foreign visitor, communication is difficult. The rooms are dark, when you open the blinds neighbours from the surrounding buildings are staring in your bedroom. The hotel has failed in all directions to provide what has been advertised. disappointed. Avoid this hotel. If you do not wish to be disappointed, you can get your money worth else where Extremely overpriced for what they can provide.

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed one night. The accommodation is spacious, clean and modern. On site free parking. Easy access to the town.

Very family-friendly property at a very good location. Rooms were clean Friendly staff too. The communication was very good, the staff arranged the code for the gate by message on this platform and keys to the rooms on the desk. For the staff, I will give a five star rating.

The EV charger was just a basic electric plug which didn't work on Tesla. Breakfast - we expected hot food, but it was just a baguette roll, croissant, and a chocolate roll. This part was not value for money. I will recommend to have food from outside.

Swimming pool smelly

It is excellent. It was nice to use the pool. Well-decorated, modern and clean. Excellent location too.

No coffee machine in rooms but it is understandable as you can book breakfast there. The room got really hot too.

Fabulous location, wonderful room and very comfy bed. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning with fresh bread and croissants and coffee, although it was an additional €10. The room was lovely with a kitchenette, but it would have been a nice touch to have coffee and tea making available in the room, something I would definitely expect at this price point! Sadly, the restaurant was also closed during our visit, perhaps an August thing, but after a long ride, we were looking forward to not having to go out and the food looked great!

Booked purely to use the pool with kids. No mention of having to book and only for half an hour. The only slot they had was after 9pm which is useless with young kids. On a rainy day it left us with little to do and really ruined the day. Bed was two uncomfy cheap singles held together with a sheet. Mildew growing round bottom of shower. We were in room directly below kitchen and didn't get to sleep till kitchen closure - it was like they were smacking pans on the floor it was so so loud. Really, really terrible considering the price we paid.

Not clear information about the usage of the pool and sauna - they should specify that you can only use it for 30 min and there is no chance to book extra time (we would have stayed maybe an hour if we could - and paid for it), considering that this is the reason Why we chose to stay there. The apartment was nice but dirty.

The room had everything we needed. The free parking onitsha was incredibly useful and staff were polite and helpful.

Spacious, quiet room with nice outlook. Excellent breakfast provided.

Sadly no air-conditioning on a hot night. No complimentary water on arrival.
