El Beso Adults Only At Ocean El Faro - All Inclusive

The rooms could use a bit of an update, but honestly for the price it was exactly what we imagined! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, pools were great. It was nice and calm, not too crowded or overrun with people. The beach had the seaweed or whatever it’s called but still lots of beach to walk and lay down. I wish there were a couple more restaurants but other than that it was a solid resort, very nice for couples 10/10 for sure! I would definitely come back here.

However, our first experience was disappointing. The first room we were given smelled strongly of mold. Even after we reported the issue, it took several hours for the staff to move us to another room. Because of this unnecessary delay, our first day of vacation was ruined. The rooms themselves were nice and comfortable. Some of the staff members were very kind, friendly, and helpful, while others came across as quite rude and arrogant. The food was good in some of the restaurants, but others were average and could definitely be improved. Despite the issues we experienced, we had a very good time overall and enjoyed our vacation. With better customer service and faster handling of problems like ours, the experience would have been much better.

This resort was truly amazing to stay at everything was clean. The staff were truly amazing. Anytime we needed help we asked anyone we saw and they would help us immediately. I’m not sure why this property does not have many reviews yet, but I would recommend everyone to check them out. The pool was beautiful. The only thing I have to say is considering they have an adult only side. The pool does close very early as well as the pool bar. In my opinion since it’s for adult, I’d recommend you’d keep it on longer. You definitely have more people checking you out other than that it’s amazing. The restaurants were amazing. I know people complain about all inclusive, not having good food, but the food we had was amazing.

The resort is nice, and we had a great time. Our butler was very responsive, but the rooms were dated and needed a lot of repairs, etc. AC didn't work; the shower door fell completely off; one of the shower knob broken, which the maintenance staff didn't respond to or responded to a day later. I got hit in the head by an air vent cover falling open from the ceiling due to the AC guy not ensuring the vent was secured. I didn't get to enjoy my hip-hop boat event because of this incident, and it was our last day there. My family reserved 4 rooms for my son's and son-in-law's birthdays.
