Fantastic resort, clean, staff super friendly, food was great, top notch service, the highlight of our trip was,our butler Jansel was the best, he helped us with all our needs ,went above and beyond, because of how fantastic he was we will be back and definitely refering our friends. We cant say enough about our trip and our butler, definitely 5 stars! If i could give him and the resort 10 stars i would!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this resort, everything from the food, to the staff, the entertainment, amenities, all of it. We will definitely be coming back! We met some great friends while we were here that we were so sad to leave but cannot wait to come back and re unite again! Geicy, Babyface, Victor, La Neigra, Teiri, Angel, all of the amazing workers I cannot thank you enough for making this the most incredible vacation for us!

The Preferred Club is the best. We had an amazing experience at Dreams Macao! The service and hospitality were exceptional throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Francisco at the World Café Buffet for always being attentive and welcoming. Cesar at Seaside Grill provided outstanding service and made every meal enjoyable. Yocaina and Ismael at Oceana were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. Yessenia at El Patio made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of.
And a huge thank you to Jansel, our butler, for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. His attention, professionalism, and kindness truly elevated our entire experience.
The staff at Dreams Macao made us feel genuinely cared for, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended! See you all in 4 months again.
