The staff and the poolside room
The room itself could use some updates, the drawers fell out when I tried to open them and you had to hold the button down for the blow dryer to work. There were a couple days the WiFi did not work. One good experience at the Mexican restaurant but one terrible. Other than that, it was a great stay

The entire resort is perfect! The hotel, the grounds and most of all the staff! Renovations are to begin April 2026 and we can’t wait to return to see what they have done to possibly make an already perfect place even better!

The resort was incredible. Great food, great music, great drinks, amazing staff. Colonial club is a must. Would recommend this place to anyone. Jose at the beach bar in between the restraunts makes the best espresso martini me or my fiancée have ever had. Incredible place. I have nothing but good things to say.
