Amazing resort!! Highly recommend it! Food was awesome, rooms were very spacious, enjoyed our massages at the spa! The Micheal Jackson show was great

This is our third time staying at a majestic property. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the property is very clean. There were parts that needed some reno (in our room: outlets were loose and not holding blowdryer and the jacuzzi tub didnt work properly. In my friends room: their drawer faces were crooked and coming off the drawer). The kids also had a fun time collecting loose pool tiles they found at the bottom of the pool. Aside from that - which were not huge deal breakers for us- we really enjoyed our stay...maybe not our favorite Majestic location, but still love this resort chain the best!!

Resort was shutting down for renovations. Rooms were clean, resort was clean. Staff was not very friendly, food was terrible.
