We enjoyed our stay in the lovely Squibb House. The gardens are so peaceful and filled with a great variety of beautiful plants. Best of all was Tiffany. She runs the Inn with such grace and caring manner. She was very welcoming and made a delicious breakfast. We will definitely visit again.

Loved how it took me back in time. The only thing was not being told up front or in an email how to find the keys . But if you ever have done an Escape Room, where you have to find clues to get out, or in this case to get in, then you will be OK. While i was there i did see a few confused bewildered older people walking around the property trying to figure out how to get to their room. Was kinda funny..but overall was a?pleasant experience

This is a gem. The town Cambria is “hidden” in the beautiful hills of California and less than 2 miles away from gorgeous beaches. This Bed & Breakfast place is amazing. The quality of service, premises and food are outstanding. The historic house is idyllic and quaint yet offers all modern amenities. It’s located in the heart of town surrounded by a variety of art and antique shops, great restaurants and even an authentic French bakery. I’d go back to Cambria just to enjoy another stay there.

It reminded me of my parents' house. But I think it is not being cared for as it deserves, the cleaning is very poor, dust and the smell of lack of cleaning, the carpets already needed water. The garden is disorganized and lacks care. It's a shame that such a beautiful property is not being preserved.

It was my first time at a B & B and I absolutely loved it. Check in was a breeze. It was cozy, serene and so homey. Breakfast was a beautiful spread and the hosts were very friendly. I recommend it highly and when I go back I’ll be booking my stay at Squibb House again!!

Everything about this place was a gem! The staff was attentive, made self-checkin easy and so convenient. When we arrived there was a plate of snacks to welcome us. The room decor and bed in the parlor room was clean and very cozy, my daughter loved the painting of the most. Breakfast great and was served on time as mentioned with staff available the whole time making sure we had enough to eat. Definitely planning to return to the Squibb House and stay longer than one night.

Historical house with old photos/info was much appreciated, as was "Black's Barn" next-door with inviting sitting room, games/game tables along with yummy breakfast buffet. Both secure buildings offered 24/7 coffee/tea, even frigs for guests to use.

This is a wonderful place. The location is right in the heart of old east Cambria, with many excellent restaurants nearby. Service great. Breakfast is very well done by a friendly staff. The house is very old, with some steep stairs, so if that's not your thing the upstairs rooms won't be your kind of place.

For the Squibb house the room was clean and quaint. There was coffee, tea and water for everyone to use in the kitchen area. The fridge looked like it not had been cleaned in some time. The shower in the Louise room was broken at the base near temperature knobs, so water sprayed out everywhere when turned on. The overhead light for the bathroom also did not work. Everything else in the room was in working order and it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Walls are thin so noise from the street and other rooms can be heard easily. I would recommend for a brief stay to anyone in the area.
