$250/nt for this place?! No way! Unfriendly at check in. Carpet was stained and dirty; we wore shoes whenever out of the bed. Was the entry mopped? Unclear, as there was plaster on the floor. There was an issue with the shower. We let it run and it never got hot. Went to the front desk, got a shrug and an ‘I don’t know. Maybe let it run awhile.’ I’ll give him that you need to let it run-on the (specifically marked) cold setting and barely turned on with no water pressure. If they couldn’t get the hookup right then at least know at the front desk or put a sign in the room by the shower. This should have been an $80/nt stay. We have family that just moved to this town and will be visiting often. We’ll go somewhere else next time we visit.

Great location within Cambria.

Great location just a couple of minutes walk into Cambria. Lots of choice for cafes and restaurants nearby. Rooms were very nice, clean, modern and fresh. Onsite parking immediately outside the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Stressful visit as I was upstairs, dark navigation was treacherous!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about the room. Checking into my room was different as no one is at the office. The number I was given to call was answered promptly by Richard and my check in was fine I appreciate that I was allowed to stay with my service dog

Upon my return each of the 2 evenings I was there was absolutely not a single exterior light on anywhere in the complex! Navigating the steep stairs, wet with fog in the dark was very dangerous. They were slippery wet, no lights at all were in, the handrail, while decorative is lively , for practical uses for safety is non existent . I tried to call back to the number I used for registration and got no one only a creepy Halloween message!! The pictures on your page with all the lights on at night and it being well lit, were not the true experience I had. Every room has a porch light, not a single light was on. A few of the rooms with a bathroom window facing the front were on but offered no light to walk by. And it was distressing that I could not get any response with a phone call.

We have used this property multiple times. The proce range is good and its good walking distance from the center (e) of town.

When we arrived a sign was on the counter advising us to call tge number and someone would come shortly. When she did, we heard about her managing two places and she seemed frazzled. She then informed us of her leaving the position and a replacement from the other hotel will take her position. We have stayed at the “ other” hotel and that person was not very attentive to the customers needs. I hope Donna stays as we have always enjoyed her. If we had any issues she responds kindly. Staff ( housekeepers) are always polite as well.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s quiet and an easy walk to shops. The lady who checked me in was friendly and very helpful.

Surprisingly good value in Cambria

On the edge of east village a short walk from shops and restaurants. Fairly recently refurbished. Our room was huge with a king bed and a roomy balcony with a nice creek view. Good natural light in room. Newer furniture, comfy bed, Large bathroom with bathtub shaped/sized shower pan.

Very poor water pressure in shower. Almost useless. Keurig coffee maker in room was unclean. Room could use a second "comfortable" chair and small table for dining. Couple of hooks in bathroom would be helpful

I liked the bed a d the size of the room. The location is nice as well as the look of the place. We had a room with a balcony. I’m sure would have been nice with the creek flowing but it was dry this time of year

Disappointing.

The bed.

The staff checkin. During regular business hours as posted by the hotel, the front desk employee wasn’t even there. We had to call a number. The woman who checked us in was EXTREMELY unfriendly and highly perfunctory in providing information. She was not courteous AT ALL. The bath tub did not drain. I had to shower in standing water. There were loud thumps and sounds coming from above our room. The view was nothing more than a dried up creek from the balcony. I think for the amount the room cost, we should at least have been able to expect a courteous checkin express a tub that properly drained.

Terrible people, cheaters and cons.

I texted and called the property prior to my stay to ask if they would accept a service dog. No answer. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk said, "If I let you have a dog, everyone else will want one, too." I told her that he is my service dog and that I had never been denied accommodation before. I also said that I was traveling alone--and had no where else to stay. She would not relent. Not wanting to fight, I asked her to inform booking.com of my cancelled reservation--and to refund my money. She said she would do so. Two months have passed and still no refund. In fact, they charged me for a week-long stay. I called the manager (new one) and they said there were multiple complaints that this denial of accommodation was a standard practice under old management. Be forewarned.

Comfortable, Beautiful Stay, Great Value

The room was clean and bright, updated furnishings. The balcony was great and we saw multiple deer right outside our window on both evenings of our stay! Good location that’s a bit quieter than right in the hub of Main St., but still extremely close to everything. No issues with parking.

It was very easy to hear sounds and guests from neighboring rooms. No hair conditioner included in room amenities. The towels could use an upgrade.

IT WAS AN AVERAGE STAY BUT DON'T THINK I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

ROOM WAS REALLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. BED WAS REALLY COMFORTABLE.

FIRST THE STAIRS WERE REALLY HARD TO CLIMB AS I HAVE A BIT OF HANDICAP WITH MY LEGS. AN ELEVATOR WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. THEN THE SHOWER FLOOR WAS SO SLIPPERY AND THERE WERE NO HANDRAILS TO HANG ONTO. NOTHING IN THE ROOM SEEMED TO HAVE THE CORRECT TIME ON IT. THE TV WAS SO HARD TO WORK AND FIND ANYTHING TO WATCH. SLEEPING WAS PROBABLY THE BEST THING THAT THE ROOM HAD.

Great location and very comfortable, it will be my go to place

The room was small, but comfortable. I had trouble working the heating, but a staff member explained it. The hotel was walking distance to the east village, and a short drive to the beach, They have recently renovated so everything was good.
