The El Colibri bills itself as a hotel and spa. We found it to neither. It was more like a Motel 6. Our room overlooked the parking lot and was next to highway one, so it was noisy. The amenities were next to nothing. There was no service at all--only a person sitting at a desk to check you in and out during specific hours. Most amazing was that there was absolutely NO maid service! We had to request fresh towels which the person at the front desk did give us, but did not take the used ones away, so they just piled up in the corner of the bathroom. We were there for two stressful nights and could't wait to leave.
