Very nice motel and very reasonably priced.

Nice big room. Wall heater got the room toasty. Comfy bed. Great selection of snack bars and free coffee in the morning. Walking distance to Cambria's restaurants and shopping. Easy parking.

We were on the ground floor, so we could hear neighbors upstairs walking around. But they were polite, so no trouble getting to sleep.

Great for a couple to stay and enjoy the Christmas Market!

For our needs, this property (and room) was perfect. We were able to enjoy the beautiful village of Cambria and easily walk to and from the Christmas Market. That was our main purpose for this trip. Definitely going to book for future events.

There really wasn't much to not like. Our bathroom window overlooked the hoarders backyard, next to the property. But overall it was a great place to stay for us. We will look into future stays with this property.

Delicate Beds

Location was nice, walked to get breakfast, lovely garden and sitting area towards the back of property. I received a warm welcome and departure from staff.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor with a room above us. We could hear the person above walking and moving in the noisy bed! All throughout the night so we did not get good sleep. I recommend getting a room with no second floor on top!!

Perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable.

Location was great for easy walking access to shops in old downtown and shuttle for the Cambria Christmas Market.

The bathroom didn't have a fan, so we had to open the window after showering -- in December. The hotel is older and could use some renovations to update the rooms. Ours had a musty smell, but it was clean.

I liked it

The proximity to the center of town, the outdoor play area, outdoor and indoor fire pit

The staff was a little passive aggressive about the keys. Had I known I had to return them, I would have ensured they were returned. Instead, I was reminded to return them with a passive aggressive comment that “returning at least one is better than nothing”. I would have preferred this to be mentioned at the beginning of my checkout bc other hotels usually don’t care if I return the keys.

Comfortable bed in a clean room.

Clean, comfortable room with a comfortable bed. Two chairs and table to eat at was convenient, along with the fridge with a freezer section for the ice packs.

The first room smelled strongly of bleach even though the window was open. We were given another room with no odor by the friendly and cheerful staff. That room was wonderful.

It was clean and well kept and beautifully landscaped. I also enjoyed seeing turkeys, deer and singing birds. The fire pit was amazing. The creek was a hidden gem! I can’t wait to return!🦋❤️

This hotel meets basic needs for a good price.

We did not partake in any breakfast foods. We do like that it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

It was irritating to be “punished” for using a 3rd-party booking. The new policy of charging $30 for checking in prior to 3:00 (only for 3rd party bookings) was quite annoying and set a negative tone for our stay (never an issue before).

I've stayed here 3 times. I lived in Cambria for 3 years back in the 70s. Location is great.

Location was great. The property is a bit on the old side, but they have really kept things up, both inside and outside.

I wasn't allowed to check in early. I would understand if they checked with housekeeping, and a room like the one I reserved was not ready, but the guy behind the counter acted ike he did not want to be bothered.

Coffee was available only for a short period of time. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Not recommended staying on the lower level, where there is another guest above you. Too noisy. No A/C. No breakfast included.

Location was great-very central Walked everywhere-west and East village Sparkling clean. Rocking chairs on back porch where we could hear the frogs (creek was pretty dry) Electric fireplace was wonderful-very pretty and used for heat. Didn’t use other heating

Comfortable location for a one night stay

Nice idea for an inn to reuse old house as the Reception. Comfortable, with parking in front of the door and a clean room. Has a fridge, office, iron and tea.

Outdoor facilities could be better used. Back area is empty although has great potential. Also, the front with the pit fire was closed. You could have it open with a selection of wines and/or wine food as a next-level experience. You could also partner with local locations for breakfast for an enhanced experience. There was noise at some point in the room above but that was solved with a call. Floors are wooden so you should not have a light sleep.

Best option in Cambria

Great location with lots of shops/restaurants within walking distance. Staff is hit or miss. The person who checked us in was surly, but the next morning the woman at the desk was super nice and helpful. The room was large and clean and had fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean, large and everything looked new.

There was a tiny slot to hang clothes and ZERO drawer space. No bureau, chest of drawers, shelves, NOTHING. You had to live out of your suitcase. They also provided only one luggage rack, so one of us had our suitcase on the floor - ick!

The motel was quaint and well equipped. We stayed one night and found the place to be one of the best places in Cambria.

I love the location, and the back patio was very relaxing.

Love, the patio and the view of the trees. Very beautiful and relaxing. The room is clean and well appointed.

Couple of minor things like the room cleaning was very late, and I had to state that fact to the reception staff, but that’s a very minor thing overall.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Great shower and bathroom sink. The room was spotless. Katelin was womderful at the front desk. We will be back.
