The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everythign you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect.
The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines.
No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next visit and meet with Claire again. 100/100.

Without a doubt, this is the best option I've chosen for a stay during a trip. The services were excellent, but above all, the friendliness of the host and staff was outstanding.
It's a charming place for families seeking safe accommodation, conveniently located near the metro, and with a restaurant nearby.
I want to thank Claire and her team for the kindness and service they provided us during our stay in Paris.

It was a great apartment for a change of pace from a hotel. The hot tub was great and there was lots of space.
