We stayed here for one night. The room was clean but not very welcoming. For being a B&B, there was no breakfast and the shared kitchen had signs telling guests not to touch anything. The location is on a fairly busy street but the room was quiet. We didn’t see any staff other than the cleaning crew when we left. Easy check-in, and the video they sent with the check-in information was very helpful. It’s about a 15 minute hilly walk up to the old historic part of town.

Convenient for parking, clean and relatively easy access to the town. The rooms were functional, getting into the place after hours was easy ( check in).
No breakfast but a supermarket was 300 meters away

Nice hotel , located not far from central Siena.
Spacious, clean and very comfortable room with large bathroom. Definitely far better than expected.
Good communication via WhatsApp.
Allowed us to check in late .
We didn’t order any breakfast but there was a kitchenette with fridge, kettle tea and coffee and pastries available all day long for everyone.
Could not recommend enough.
