Room & Hotel did not match the description and photos.
While clean, room & hotel had several area of damage and damp smell to it.
Did not feel safe at all in the hotel with lots of shouting and crashing around the hotel.
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and not a good night sleep.
No facilities in the hotel, and staff appeared shocked when I turned up to check in.

Very small shower cubicle. There’s no bath mat to dry your feet. The mirror has a glass panel which supposed for you to put the bathroom stuff, but it’s in a funny angle, everything will fall off from there, it also blocking you from washing the face, when you lower your face you can’t avoid bumping into that glass panel. No hot water for showers for a whole day. This is my second stay, there’s no cleaning service, no refill the tea bags and drinking water. I have to ask for the rubbish bin cleared. To make the situation worse, there is a big event happening in the restaurant, the noise just carries on way past midnight. I regret staying here.
