Absolute hole. No restaurant or bar as advertised. I walked out of the place and went elsewhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone, EVER. Terrible.

I had already paid on Expedia and then the hotel charged me again. When I messaged te hotel about it they ignored me.The hotels head office did agree to refund me but I had to send in credit card statements and wait 7-14 working days.No compensation was offered.Bad bad customer service.

nice hotel. been staying here on and off for nearly 5 years now whenever Ive had a contract in Leeds. new owners have recently renovated it and theyve added a Romanian restaurant (think owner is from there) and bar. a two minute walk from harehills town centre and a 10 minute walk to tesco.

The place was stinking and the whole night I was nauseated and the bed had a cloth base that was sagging. The first room they provided the bed was totally broken they gave me a change of room the second one was worse.

Room was ok, bed was terrible, mattress needs replacing could feel every spring in it. Communal areas very run down and dirty, however could see signs of renovation being undertaken. Not currently a 3 star in my opinion.

The service from young lady receptionist we great always saw to our needs and questions The hotel we a safety hazard as there were broken beds doors that were broken live electrical wires wrapped it tape hanging out of the wall and a light in the hall way was only still hanging by the wire we didn’t want to stay there but as we had no where else we could have gone we had to take the risk and stay there wasn’t happy with the place as it was more like it they were trying to referbish the place and still take money from guests we had three disabled people with us and wasn’t really a safe place for them to stay

The hotel? Was absolutely terrible It was dirty and terrible we had to carry heavy bags up back stairs to smelly room didn't see any reception area room key was left on wheel of car parked outside. I don't know how this place got on you're website remove it if you want to keep your loyal customers I would be grateful if you could refund my payment as we would have been more comfortable on street

Hotel rooms are small and smelly. Hot water in the shower didn't always work. mattress was scandalously uncomfortable

Awful room, clearly had stains on the walls. The hairdryer didn't work, but more importantly the heating didn't work. The bathroom light flickered, the table light was bust, and the curtains had broken so they couldn't be fully closed.The corridor was dank and poorly maintained. The food we bought was ridiculously expensive for standard takeaway chips. I get that it was £50 on a last minute Saturday night booking, but just not a nice place to be.

It was cold, they did not fix problems, breakfast was cold and no options on what to have, main doors and internal doors locked all night.

Arrival was difficult as we were locked out of the hotel and took 20 minutes to be let in. The Hotel itself in public areas was quite clean but in the room itself it was dirtier and unhygienic than expected. The shower was covered in black mould, there was large dripping stains on the walls directly above both beds. The headboard was broken, the mirror had filthy writing and finger marks all over it. Struggled to sleep as there was a lot of noise during the night in the hotel itself however there seemed to be no other guests than ourselves. No wifi, no plugs near the bed, no telephone in the room either.

This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment and a good clean. for example, paper is peeling off the walls and the smell of mould pervades the building. The room was not cleaned thoroughly before I arrived, although the bedding was clean, carpets, sink, shower and bathroom generally had signs of dirt. If youre fussier than me, this hotel is best avoided. I was out of this hotel most of the day so cant vouch for meals or service. Location is not too bad, in a neat side road close to Roundhay Road about two miles from Leeds city centre and on a main road and bus route. Overall, could do better.
