Friendly staff . Unexpected guests stationed outside my door

Location / very helpful and friendly staff .

There were police outside my door all night . The person in the room next door had police protection . The radios and noise kept me awake most of the night. I couldn't leave as it was late . I just had to lay awake until work. I was exhausted all day .

Bad experience disappointing

I did not the place on arrival dirty carpets it doesn't look like a hotel i was just disappointed at the the Reception on arrival

The Staff at Reception when I ask him the pictures we see on booking.com and what am seeing now is disappointing he immediately told me to refund me i told him I didn't say am leaving am talking about the place I've booked were do you expect me to book another accommodation at this time, am I not allowed for comments?very disappointing I wrote to them around October and requested a Fridge there was no Fridge they were getting it from upstairs room than they told me not to switch the fridge on for 30mins because of the gas ,I did not complete my stay have to leave on Sunday instead of Monday dirty mattress and thin old pillows and thin blanket thrink linens dirty place regrettable

Clean comfortable room, comfy bed and pillow, had a great night's sleep. Owner very accommodating and friendly. Close to city centre but in a quiet area. Great value for a short stay.

Few cosmetic issues, e.g no bath plug, needs privacy film on bathroom window and blackout blind or curtains in bedroom. Small issues for owners to rectify but didn't affect our stay.

Good car parking facilities for such a central location

There were no hand towels in either room during our stay. We had booked 2 rooms. We only had one bath towel per person and no other towels whatsoever, especially hand towels after washing one's hands. The main problem that we had though were how noisy the hotel was. The walls were thin and it was halloween night so a lot of going ons. I kept waking up with a start each time there was a loud laugh or raucous discussion outside our bedroom door

Good for your short stay.

Clean bed sheets, TV , and kettle in the room with free tea and coffee ☕️ , free parking on the back of the hotel. Good value for the price, good for one night of two when visiting Leeds.

It's not perfect. Old dated bathroom, broken heater thermostat in the room, broken window blind and not very well sealed window - wind and cars sound. But u get what u pay for, with the price like this we were expecting that.

The location was fine . However it is no longer acceptable as a hotel due to the way in which the staff run the facility and their management of guests

I felt unsafe . Unassisted . There was a wasp nest coming in to my toilet and no one around to help. There was banging and shouting throughout the night and the supposed 24 hour staff did nothing

I had to check myself out same time and booked a proper hotel for the night as I was very tired

Booked but didn't stay,the place had a strong smell that gave me a headache, noise from the next room ,room very cold,mattress dark marks and a very thin bed sheet without a mattress protector showing dark marks on the matress.

Everything from the place calling themselves a hotel when they are actually a hostel,contacted Booking.com about the place and asked for my money back,the response was the property didn't respond to my claim.

there was no breakfast and we didnt as the place was just not clean enough to stay. smelling reception and entrance poor facilities, undressed bed. very dirty and torn carpet. we just couldnt bring ourselves in staying at a place like that. so we left

Perfect for what we wanted and at a bargain price.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The provision of a small fridge in the room was a great asset.
