Room & Hotel did not match the description and photos.
While clean, room & hotel had several area of damage and damp smell to it.
Did not feel safe at all in the hotel with lots of shouting and crashing around the hotel.
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and not a good night sleep.
No facilities in the hotel, and staff appeared shocked when I turned up to check in.

But not the staff or the bathroom. The shower space is way too small for me to bending over, the mirror and its stand is broken and almost crashed on me. I hardly see the staff at the reception. On the last morning I have to leave the key on the counter and go. No one responded to my calls.
