    We have a beautiful engagement weekend here. The team were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. They are clearly passionate about hospitality, which comes through in every aspect of the hotel. Thank you and see you again! :)

    Great stay at this lovely hotel. It was nice to receive the welcome appetizers and drinks upon check-in. The room was spacious and the complimentary water was appreciated. The staff also set up a cot for my toddler, along with a bathrobe and small children's toiletries. The breakfast was nice. The pool facilities were great. The staff was fantastic. The only thing the pool area is missing is a dryer for the wet clothes. Also, the hotel is at the top of the hill, so it's a bit of a walk to the hot springs. Otherwise, great stay!

    Hotel is located above the main Karlovy vary main pedestrian shopping street. Easily accessible by elevator. Around the hotel there's a very nice forest to have walks in. The service is great and staff is friendly. Breakfast is rich in variety. Pool and sauna areas are fun and maintained properly.

    In the treatment section they don’t speak English and they are not well organized but reception staff English is perfect and very friendly. It shouldn’t be called a palace and it far from city center.
