Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort

Nice hotel in a beautiful calm location in the nature. The room was clean and spacious. Spa zone is also very good The breakfast was tasty and variable but the same every day, although it can‘t be called a drawback.

There is a nice balcony with a nice forest view, but the balconies are very open and close to each other with the neighbours. If you are in a bad luck and your neighbours smoke, it is impossible to keep the door open

First night we were greeted by a great receptionist, and the room style looked good and cosy. We did not use the golf, but it looked like a nice addition for those who value it. There was a complementary prosecco glass, which was lovely. The location of the resort is further away from the city, which makes for a quiet stay.

- We have booked SPA amenities (21€ per person) and 2 of 4 saunas were quite cold, although the receptionist showed us that the temperature there was around 40 degrees, it felt like room temperature. - The receptionist for the second night sounded quite rude. - The furniture in the room definitely felt a bit outdated, the chair looked like it was bitten by a dog and the walls were stained in multiple places. Not a negative per se, but beware that the restaurant works until 9 PM, although on the website it says 10 PM

The surrounding area is very peaceful and beautiful. The breakfast was also tasty with good service taking away finished plates and replenishing the food. The room was clean and nice to find everything you needed for spa in the room.

The room we were given smelled really bad of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The spa had no drinking water available, the used cups were not cleaned away and the space looked a bit neglected. Only 2 of the 3 steam saunas were working, and having very limited spaces inside.
